Why are you claiming the credit of Dangote? It is Dangote that has really helped Nigeria in reducing the importation of Petrol, not a failed Government. In fact. With the initial plan Dangote had, he wanted to sell petrol at less than N400/ litre, but the same NNPC and the Government refused to sell crude oil to him @ a good price. The Government should sell crude to Dangote at N200/ litre and see how Dangote will sell his petrol.
