huh, I guess so, I started CS with CS:GO, then played CS:S and lastly CS2 so I wasn't aware CS:GO was like that too in a way. Still though, I think in CS2's sense, Valve was basically promising the game to come with all sorts of content that was supposed to be in GO as well as additional stuff. I can in a way understand why not everything in CS:S would be in CS:GO but not CS2 when it's supposed to keep on the legacy of CS:GO yk? Truly is disappointing though yes.
CS2 is the prime example of how valves flat structure/low employee count doesn’t work for them anymore. They were definitely rushed so much to just barely make that summer 2023 deadline, and even then, they also have to work on Deadlock and Whatever the Half-life Alyx team is doing, It’s a mess currently for them. And CS2 is the next game to enter the abandoned projects area like Team Fortress 2 and Dota Under-lords. CS2 is going to get the TF2 treatment if whatever their next “update” fails, Or even if their is an next update.
Valve is just another gay ass f2 gg 0t company at this point with the way they treat their live service games. TF2's death was inevitable, as beloved as it was, its literally an almost 20 year old game... it just makes no sense to keep supporting it with content on an old, shitty engine with spaghetti code. CS however is one of their biggest cash cows and arguably the most popular online multiplayer FPS. These retards literally have an infinite money glitch to hire all of the most talented staff in the world to maintain their games and keep their players happy... and what do these fags do? Literally the antithesis of every community suggestion ever made.
I hadnt played CS since Source but in CS2 one of my favorite things to do is nade a smoke. Maybe its more of a low level thing but it's still fun to catch people out like that
Even hack vs hack feels like shit in cs2. It used to be super dynamic and decently balanced. No wonder major cheat providers still offer a cs:go version. You can still play go, even legit, just not the classic way :)
It's still funny how i said to my friends "watch how this shit is gonna turn to overwatch 2" and i was right basically nearly 0 additional features because aside from the smoke mechanics and "upgraded" graphics nothing new was added only and influx of cheaters and new bugs which i didn't see somehow but i know they exist
Hit registry especially to the head is way worse in CS2, it's basically every game I don't understand how people didn't die. Me and my friends often suffer with just tabbing in and out of the game, when you do it a couple of times, it won't let you TAB back in lol.. One thing that people don't seem to notice or care about is that when i shoot a gun, I literally instantly drop 10 FPS haha, very unoptimized
Either cs2 micro stutters the first 5 minutes in a comp match or the game outright crashes even if my pc runs it 120-200 fps and zero issues most of the times. The lack of returning maps throws me off Edit: now its getting the tf2 treatment with no major update
Valve knows that despite how ass CSGO2 is, people will still play no matter what, so they dont have an incentive to fix it. The TF2 community had to literally have like 3 movements just to get rid of bots. If ya like CSGO 2, still ya better have some shocks installed cus its gunna be a bumpy ride P.S. : Liked your video
There are gonna be people defending the cs2 saying "b-but look on the bright side! there are new smokes and graphics!!" even though the devs have removed 50% of the content csgo had. And the mfs defending them devs saying "but theyre humans too!!" dont mean shit, people work their assess off for a house and a family, yet cs2 devs do NOTHING and still get money to have absolutely everything. every cs2 dev would be in the 6th deadly sin if they keep being this lazy all the time
used to run csgo on 200+ fps with maxed out graphics, discord, faceit and geforce experience overlay (as well as the filters that fome with geforce experience) and im barely able to run cs2 at 50-100 fps which fluctuates an insane amount for whatever reason, and not to mention that since my gpu is not powerful enough, my inputs will be heavily delayed as well and there is no way in hell that im gonna waste another 1000 euros just so i could play a single half finished game..
When they released CS2 they should have kept CSGO as a option to fall back on (obviously if CS2 was gonna be worse then people would switch back to CSGO). I see way to many things wrong now and I don't like the fact that so much content has been removed from the game now which is my biggest issue. Great video!
Stupid idea, the more people playing cs2, the faster they can reach csgo level, and right now, the only thing csgo does better is the feeling the game had (no subtick and less peak advantage)
Surprisingly enough, CS2 is still popular for 3 kinds of people. 1. Cheaters. 2. Content creators. 3. Masochists. And there are many of these. So you can be sure that nothing is going to be changed, game's still making money.
2:50 : it's not illegal, because faceit does use CS:GO as a product the same way every other user does. They have to accept the EULA too. It would be illegal if FaceIt would release a similar but original game and valve would extort them to use 64 tick servers.
Thank you for explaining that, in any case you're right it isn't illegal, after all the screenshot I had there did say "in some cases has been considered illegal" not that it's necessarily illegal here. I would still define what Valve did as anti-competitive behavior though.
I put alot of time into css and eventually CSGO, When Cs2 dropped I played one match and havent really played since. I feel like csgo in general really lost its charm, the amount of cheaters is actually so funny lol.
This is the only solution for this crap company to do anything, they need to be sued for defrauding customers that paid and invested in csgo, not shit2 its a totally different engine and game in every way, we did not pay for this crap
In my opinion the game is alright, but there just isnt new content. No new maps (not even old maps), no new operation or even game modes. Just grinding mm is so boring without nothing new.
Community servers in Europe are worse than those in cs source. 6 feet tall half naked anime women running around with the voice of pubescent Russian teens that are shouting slurs at you when you miss a kill, but thats its charm. There are still small niche communities for csgo, but it will never be the same.
I never was and will be good at cs but i feel a lot worse when i play cs2 then csgo idk if its my pc, internet or me but shooting feels off. I cant imagine that csgo was great in 2013-2014 but i cant image it being worse than cs2 now, everything needs its time and we have to grab Valve by the balls and force them to make cs2 better and good. Thats how we got csgo to its greatness, by complaining. Csgo's graphics feel welcoming, that applies for l4d too and etc. But cs2 feels too bright and cartoony, and the blood looks like jam, but Gaben needs his yachts remember.
@@moonlitapprentice It is very good, some places look very real, but gameplay is the most important. Thats what made Counter Strike special, the fact that you have spray patterns, economy, that you needed to discuss about strategies made it stand out from all the other fps games.

CS:GO at release was an even worse game, believe it or not. Can't defend CS2 but it's got potential to be that "better CS:GO", just gotta wait like 4 years at minimum, which is how long CS:GO took to bring players from 1.6 and Source. I'd give that much time before saying that this game is truly doomed. It's one of those games that will never fail, since it's already succeeded 25 years ago. It will always have a community. Maybe if CS2 is still this bad after 4 years, we lose like 40% of the players and that's still a top 5 game on steam. Dynamic smokes are fucking amazing, since CS:GO smokes allow one-ways and look 2D from any angle, and can't be temporarily dispersed by a nade. That's the only real gameplay improvement, though. Aside from graphics, the music! The music is AMAZING. Oh well, too bad it's Counter-Strike, where people choose their own soundtrack and shelf the default one because it's the default one. That or zero music. Maybe another petition will have to do. Valve has NEVER been good at maintaining a multiplayer game, CS:GO sucked for 4 years, TF2 went downhill right as CS:GO improved, not even DotA 2 was immune to Valve's alarming response to do nothing. I firmly believe that CS2 will eventually become the perfection that we thought it would be when it was first announced, it's just gonna take a long time or a violent push from the community. Edit: The framerates people report vary so wildly that I don't know how these people are actually running the game, since a mini PC that barely fits an RX 6500XT runs the game at a consistent 144FPS, yet some people's monster PCs chug below 100 when heavy stuff happens.
Cs2 has better smokes Cs2 has better Feedback in combat Cs2 looks nicer, feels wider and less claustrophobic than go did at times Everything else was better in cs go. Hell...even the community got more toxic

The best part is the CS2 has been getting worse. In Jan 24 you could atleast consistently get 0% packet loss and over 60 fps actually felt smooth. Now the game is unplayable. It's different from overwatch. Overwatch 2 wasn't necessarily bad, just really pathetic for the amount of time the community waited, the game is on a steady decline. CS2 is straight up bad but as the core gameplay is the same, it might eventually be decent.
crazy how they didnt fix that boost bug for over a year, and the worst part is they didnt even fix it, poggu did and hes vacced for spinning with high sense or something along the lines of that, absolute joke of a company. youd never expect a multi billion dollar company to not be able to fix a bug so someone in the community has to do it for you, then even after that you dont help him with his false ban? cherry on top aswell is that it created another boost bug like ren was mentioning 😭
I fucking hated CSGO back then but now that they released this new pile of dogshit i really miss the old one. Like, really, they not only deleted it off everywhere but the legacy version that's in the betas (that still requires you to download the entirety of cs2 for no reason) is completely broken and unplayable! Community servers are toast, LAN doesnt work, inventories are gone so the equipable weapons are gone too. This game was a nuclear blunder, why are they doubling down on this!?
Its infuriating because half of these issues or more would be excusable if we could still play csgo, like lack of content and slower performance, but nooo valve cant let the skin market divided between 2 games for some reason. I seriously despise this new trend of deleting the previous titles its so stupid. Also I lost all my achievements in csgo when it updated to cs2, fuck you valve
i rarely comment in youtube, but personally speaking, i think what valve should have done is have CS2 being treated like "open beta", where anyone can try it, but still let people have play CSGO, while the new smoke mechanic is a very lovely feature, CS2 is far and far from been a proper game, lack of content, lack of proper anti-cheat system, many bugs and issues and so on, and while i do hope that in the future these issues will be resolved at some point, it'll take a while to do so, and that'll probably make the playerbase more tilted towards valve, but we'll see how the future will play out, also well made video, you earned a sub
I appreciate it and yes I think it will take time too but um, it feels like it will be even longer than CS:GO and that’s bad when CS2 was supposed to be better on release.
exactly, it's just like game companies these days just wanna meet the deadline no matter what instead of just taking time and perfecting their game that they make, and from what i've seen, this kinda of practice will only lead to downfall
Spraying sucks recoil master literally does nothing for u bc well good luck hitting clean 4-6 bullet spray down let alone a nice spray transfer. Movement isn’t as responsive counter strafing works but not a snappy as in go that’s what ren means with ice skating which is true. It’s not good but I still love the game I just want valve to fix my favorite game bro. Cheating don’t even get me started I’m 18k elo and can’t play to hit 20k hot pink bc I mentally am to the point where I can’t tell who’s cheating an who isn’t bc there’s radar, walls, aimbot, an full spin botters roaming free not getting punished. I got recommended a video on free cheats in cs2 that’s how u know it’s getting bad. I gave up an moved to face it. I hate the direction this game is headed but I’m praying it gets better. The reason shit is how it is between go and cs2 is bc of skins which is understandable but it being rushed to the beta deadline unpolished I won’t ever understand.
I honestly wasn't even really into counter strike, and even I can recognize just how bad CS2 as a sequel is. I get that Source 1 and Source 2 maps are wildly different (Hence why you can't just play csgo maps on CS2 without at least some modifications, at least as far as I know), but they really should've delayed it to get some more maps done, I really, really dislike the maps they chose, and I don't care if they're "CoMpEtITiVeLy ViAbLe" I want to have fun and I could not care less about competitive, and I'm sure many others will agree that 100 rounds of Nuke and Office make your balls turn to squares from how stale they can get. As for the cheater problem, I'm so bad that it feels like everyone is cheating, so this does not affect me at all. But in all seriousness, I have zero clue what they expected, launching a new title, a sequel to one of the most lucrative games ever made, which has survived on skins, cases, and sweaty comp players invading casual, and just going like "eh it'll be fine", just stupid, especially now after TF2 where they proved they can at least take some action, it's like they're letting their games be infested by bots on purpose at this point- Deadlock, which they haven't even fully released yet, already has a worrying ammount of cheaters from what I've heard, at this point it's just a curse of valve games. I just wanted to have fun :(
it sadly is, video games on the internet have cheaters and it sucks to have a game ruined by smth you don't have control over. it isn't just valve games, Call of Duty cheaters are crazy, Halo cheaters are rampant, even cheaters exist on games where there is no competition
valve never really knew how to run their live service games. even back in the prime years of their IPs we'd still have numerous horrendous design decisions and slow updates that would either take eons to fix or would just become the new norm. The entire philosophy behind CSGO and CS2's guns are based on this utter stagnation where 90% of the weapons have no meaning or reason to pick them over anything else, even beyond playing the game for fun over expressly the meta, there are still ALOT of weapons that can easily be phased out of any single person's inventory no matter how they play. valve is not anyone's friend, they're completely washed up. even in their non-live service games, they work extremely slowly to bring promised updates, beyond just the valve-time of game releases, crucial stuff like half life alyx's proper mapping tools have been delayed for so extremely long that we still don't have a proper sourcemod scene in the source 2 engine, beyond just the numerous legal debacles surrounding s&box' entire premise and existence. Even beyond source 2 and it's ongoing projects, the way they communicate with their normal source devs they allowed engine access and steam pages is yet another proof of how jaded they are. Going off one of Gaben's quotes "Privacy is a service issue", the only reason valve's praised at all is the sheer consistency in Steam's services. without Steam, valve has nothing. Steam support is the single hardest working division of valve without contest. It would probably be preferably for EVERYONE and ANYONE interested for them to just sell their live-service IPs to companies that are capable of running live services and they just reclused to selling others' games and developing a new niche console every half decade.
My parents said I was the biggest disappointment there is . but after I have played CS2 , I realized I was still the biggest disappointment there is ; but CS2 is 2nd to my place , I now feel jealous and in a competitive crisis...
The video has really valid points. I may not agree with all of them but I will have to say the biggest changes to counter strike came in the form that unfortunately dedicated and devoted players miss completely. CS is now new player friendly. Jump throws, Follow recoil, Nade line up camera for practice. These are now ways for new players to learn and develop. And as with all Valve games LET THEM COOK. From my research people said the same things about GO on release. There is a good game here it just needs some time.
It's been years though, and CS2 hasn't really come a long way like...at all I'd like to be that optimistic but it's really hard to be after Valve left CS:GO the way it was for years too, Valve does that with so many games. CS2 should've taken what CS:GO had, but they opted to release too soon, and give us very little compensation, lol
I used to play CSGO all the time, at least a couple times a week from 2014-2023. Haven't touched CS2 since maybe February. The game is genuinely just bad. Feels like shit to play, infested with cheaters, and barely any content. Like what's the point

CS2 has the optimization of that fucking Gollum game, lol. I can't get above 100fps in T-spawn on Ancient, but everywhere else runs at about 180fps on medium settings with a RTX3060. That should never fucking happen-- and God forbid an enemy walks on-screen, or worse, a molotov goes off. The game also feels like shit. Being dragged back around corners when you're shot, sprays don't feel right, shots that should hit just go through people, you shoot and click the head but still die, you get shot after going back around cover. Because what HE sees is what YOU get.
As long as people keep the game alive trough skin market, they will never fix their shit. CS2 is only made to boost the skin market, no one asked for this "upgrade".
Something that pisses me off to no end, when you do launch CS:GO (you can still "play" it through beta downloads) you cannot queue with friends in community maps. There are thousands of experiences, stories, game modes, that were simply taken away from us because Valve knew 2 wouldn't be successful without killing GO. They say you can still use custom servers there, but we've tried everything, spent days and couldn't get anything to work. Port forwarding, servers, nothing. There's a suspicious lack of info and tutorials, I wonder if Valve is actively prevent people from showing other's how to get on their old maps. What supplemented our rampant comp addiction was the fact we could go play fucking crash Bandicoot, weird fucked deathmatch, or a Skyrim ripoff before or after comp. It's what kept us in the game. It's what kept us entertained for HOURS during COVID... Those don't exist in 2, and probably never will because the map makers have moved on, quit, or don't want to remake something that I imagine took them months. We can never relive those memories ever again unless GO is put in as a stand alone game.

Valve are just focused on deadlock now, I dont think they're gonna make any major updates for CS2, I think that they should make CS2 P2P again and they should use the money that they saved from shutting down the hacker playground that F2P is to improve the experience of the players that are actually gonna stick around which are the prime players, they could make 128 tick servers for every match, also what F2P player is gonna play cs2 when they get a cheater every single match, I sometimes play with non-prime friends and every game I get a cheater, and then go play valorant cause at least it doesn't have cheaters bruh
I will never understand why they forced players to play cs2 instead of go. Ik source did better than go back then but in this case we desperately miss old csgo it has so much more going for it compared to cs2. classic counter is my current solution I will be playing that instead of cs2 its 2016 csgo but only downside is 2 NA servers but besides that we can play old csgo again! it feels a million times faster and sharper than cs2
Is it just me or does cs2 take more power from your CPU than GPU? I thought it would have evened out usage with all the new flashy graphics. It seems to take even more CPU power than csgo ever did.
That shouldn't be a thing. The most resource-expensive part of almost any game should always be graphics. If it loads CPU more than GPU then it likely means that there's a memory leakage somewhere in the code

huh, I guess so, I started CS with CS:GO, then played CS:S and lastly CS2 so I wasn't aware CS:GO was like that too in a way.
Source wasn't entirely replaced and the whole player base was in community servers as there was no matchmaking in css. False equivalenve, dude.
What's really weird to me is that they don't even need to rush their games anymore as they have infinite money thanks to Steam.
I hadnt played CS since Source but in CS2 one of my favorite things to do is nade a smoke. Maybe its more of a low level thing but it's still fun to catch people out like that
I had 300FPS in ALL scenarios in CS:GO. Now I can't get more than 90 and those 90 turn into 20 when there's 2 molotovs.

Even hack vs hack feels like shit in cs2. It used to be super dynamic and decently balanced. No wonder major cheat providers still offer a cs:go version. You can still play go, even legit, just not the classic way :)
Glad to know most of my wiffed shots is probably to bad hit reg
The lack of returning maps throws me off
Edit: now its getting the tf2 treatment with no major update
Forced sub tick breaks my heart the most...... Im 30 but its just brings tears.😢😢😢😢
Valve knows that despite how ass CSGO2 is, people will still play no matter what, so they dont have an incentive to fix it. The TF2 community had to literally have like 3 movements just to get rid of bots. If ya like CSGO 2, still ya better have some shocks installed cus its gunna be a bumpy ride
P.S. : Liked your video
There are gonna be people defending the cs2 saying "b-but look on the bright side! there are new smokes and graphics!!" even though the devs have removed 50% of the content csgo had. And the mfs defending them devs saying "but theyre humans too!!" dont mean shit, people work their assess off for a house and a family, yet cs2 devs do NOTHING and still get money to have absolutely everything. every cs2 dev would be in the 6th deadly sin if they keep being this lazy all the time
My gtx1650 which CSGO run likes a dream back then on my card.... Cant run CS2 shame it is
used to run csgo on 200+ fps with maxed out graphics, discord, faceit and geforce experience overlay (as well as the filters that fome with geforce experience) and im barely able to run cs2 at 50-100 fps which fluctuates an insane amount for whatever reason, and not to mention that since my gpu is not powerful enough, my inputs will be heavily delayed as well and there is no way in hell that im gonna waste another 1000 euros just so i could play a single half finished game..
Just give me back the game I FKN PAID FOR!
So true, apparently valve didn't even expect premier to be the most played game mode 💀
I dont even wanna bigin on how much lagback I had on release (I litterly couldnt move)
Its like the gta definitive edition, no one played the classic gta games because of their graphics but their gameplay

CS2 feels horrible, even Source feels more tight than whatever 2 is doing. All 2 had to be was a port of GO but it fucked that up. I miss CS:GO.
@@lucaswarriorteammining5786 same here, I think even source is better
CSS is way better than GO especially in custom game modes like ZE

I put alot of time into css and eventually CSGO, When Cs2 dropped I played one match and havent really played since. I feel like csgo in general really lost its charm, the amount of cheaters is actually so funny lol.
there's no way any cs can be worse than go
Well.. here we are.
I miss you CS:GO :(
This is the only solution for this crap company to do anything, they need to be sued for defrauding customers that paid and invested in csgo, not shit2 its a totally different engine and game in every way, we did not pay for this crap
In my opinion the game is alright, but there just isnt new content. No new maps (not even old maps), no new operation or even game modes. Just grinding mm is so boring without nothing new.
it does get boring yeah
They didn't erase cs:go... It's now a beta for CS2 and the community servers still work.
huh, didn't know that actually, thanks for the info
How do i get to community server so i can play csgo
Community servers in Europe are worse than those in cs source. 6 feet tall half naked anime women running around with the voice of pubescent Russian teens that are shouting slurs at you when you miss a kill, but thats its charm. There are still small niche communities for csgo, but it will never be the same.
@@sophia5044 through the console
its very tedious to start actually ppaying and therr are a couple dozen or hundred people playing it. its hidden in settings and very hard to access.
I think the graphics of CS2 are actually very good, but when that’s the only positive it is pretty bad, yeah
@@moonlitapprentice It is very good, some places look very real, but gameplay is the most important. Thats what made Counter Strike special, the fact that you have spray patterns, economy, that you needed to discuss about strategies made it stand out from all the other fps games.

I feel like the cheating issue caused another problem, ive never been blamed of being a cheater more in my time playing cs. I hit like 1 awp clutch and im being told i got cheats, everyones so paranoid and its ruining games for me
It's getting the TF2 treatment. Hope you have fun receiving garbage community maps for the next 8 years and just loot box after loot box
Nah valve milkinf money from cases billions of dolars, they dont give a shit about cs2 shit bullet registry, bad movement, shit fps,and so on
Cs2 has better smokes
Cs2 has better Feedback in combat
Cs2 looks nicer, feels wider and less claustrophobic than go did at times
Everything else was better in cs go. Hell...even the community got more toxic
Definitely not better feedback overall. Better hitreg but worse kill feedback. Delays your decisions and causes you to underperform.
@@kingeling oh yeah i get what you're saying. Specifically I meant how satisfiying headshots feel in cs2 or the bass heavy sound you get when people die due to your molly and generally the audio feedback of a kill. But yeah cs2 feels way to delayed tho and has many issues. Yesterday I discovered that Deagle is broke on mirage where at some spots headshots just dont register in a training game. What I forgot to mention is that the buy menu is also way better then in go.

I just noticed this guy has 120 subs..... Brother you need some respect this video is top quality
crazy how they didnt fix that boost bug for over a year, and the worst part is they didnt even fix it, poggu did and hes vacced for spinning with high sense or something along the lines of that, absolute joke of a company. youd never expect a multi billion dollar company to not be able to fix a bug so someone in the community has to do it for you, then even after that you dont help him with his false ban? cherry on top aswell is that it created another boost bug like ren was mentioning 😭
yeah I saw a video about Poggu fixing it, it's pretty tragic Valve just continues to sit back on this game
what i only like from cs2 are the weapons redesigns they look more cool
I fucking hated CSGO back then but now that they released this new pile of dogshit i really miss the old one. Like, really, they not only deleted it off everywhere but the legacy version that's in the betas (that still requires you to download the entirety of cs2 for no reason) is completely broken and unplayable! Community servers are toast, LAN doesnt work, inventories are gone so the equipable weapons are gone too.
This game was a nuclear blunder, why are they doubling down on this!?
kyoko in video i like
Its infuriating because half of these issues or more would be excusable if we could still play csgo, like lack of content and slower performance, but nooo valve cant let the skin market divided between 2 games for some reason.
I seriously despise this new trend of deleting the previous titles its so stupid. Also I lost all my achievements in csgo when it updated to cs2, fuck you valve
how does this man only have 93 subs

Wasn’t 100 tick a thing back in the day, why couldn’t we have met in the middle
Could've been worse if raytracing was forced on
Idk what it is but valorant in 60 fps feels way smoother than cs2 in 144. I don't hate cs2 but I hate the state it is in rn.
i rarely comment in youtube, but personally speaking, i think what valve should have done is have CS2 being treated like "open beta", where anyone can try it, but still let people have play CSGO, while the new smoke mechanic is a very lovely feature, CS2 is far and far from been a proper game, lack of content, lack of proper anti-cheat system, many bugs and issues and so on, and while i do hope that in the future these issues will be resolved at some point, it'll take a while to do so, and that'll probably make the playerbase more tilted towards valve, but we'll see how the future will play out, also well made video, you earned a sub
The game is imposible to run on igpu which is sab cuz not everyone has a gamming rig to run the game
At like Overwatch 2 has a better ranking system, hitreg, servers, optimization and ANTI CHEAT.
Cs2 is like a 4/10
Spraying sucks recoil master literally does nothing for u bc well good luck hitting clean 4-6 bullet spray down let alone a nice spray transfer.

It's been years though, and CS2 hasn't really come a long way like...at all
I'd like to be that optimistic but it's really hard to be after Valve left CS:GO the way it was for years too, Valve does that with so many games.
CS2 should've taken what CS:GO had, but they opted to release too soon, and give us very little compensation, lol

I haven’t played that beta but I believe you. It’s true those experiences we had we won’t get back. And it’s depressing.

Valve are just focused on deadlock now, I dont think they're gonna make any major updates for CS2, I think that they should make CS2 P2P again and they should use the money that they saved from shutting down the hacker playground that F2P is to improve the experience of the players that are actually gonna stick around which are the prime players, they could make 128 tick servers for every match, also what F2P player is gonna play cs2 when they get a cheater every single match, I sometimes play with non-prime friends and every game I get a cheater, and then go play valorant cause at least it doesn't have cheaters bruh
yup, it’d be nice but no Valve is gonna do nothing
Well, csgo was horrible as well. Valve's just lucky people are still riding the nostalgia train, otherwise nobody would play dota2 or cs2.
Considering it's source 2 I imagine it does both yeah
That shouldn't be a thing. The most resource-expensive part of almost any game should always be graphics. If it loads CPU more than GPU then it likely means that there's a memory leakage somewhere in the code
Im sad but i started playing Valorant. Not becouse i wanted, i was forced becouse friends didnt like CS2 and they want it to be as smooth and polished like CSGO was.
