Is there a difference on the wheel setup 8x4 tag and push besides estetic changes like features one has that the other don't or in traction.

Push has an extra steering axle at the front, tag has an extra steering axle at the rear, tag would also make it more maneuverable, having a tighter turning circle allowing you to turn more on the spot off
