Oh yum. Apricots are my favorite. Strewed, made into jam or dried. Love cherries too but they give me migraines, so can only eat a few at a time. Thanks for the update.

If you freeze some of the apricots and put them frozen into a blender with greek yoghurt and a dash of sugarless maple syrup ,blend it up and you have the most yummiest icecream 🍦 and the healthiest . Warning ⚠️ it is very addictive 😋 frozen mango 🥭 is the best .

The orchard is amazing, I basically lived on fruit as a kid, Mum would get me baskets of peaches, plums, different apples, nectarines and I’d eat all of them plus melons, berries and raw veggies. I’m jealous of the orchard 😳, enjoy the bounty👍🏼. My grandfather used to graft branches from one tree to another and it would grow both types of apples, we were amazed as kids. They had a store and he’d get wild at us for eating all the garden and orchard when all the cousins were there visiting in summer. We’d pick all the peas and beans, little carrots and cucumbers which he planned to sell full sized at the store. The dogs are loving the new home, getting to run and explore all the new space, have a lovey weekend Chris 👍🏼🥰🙋🏼♀️

@@RescueluvI don’t know if it’s true but the RUclipsr gets paid if an add is watched passed 30secs so I usually watch the longer ones for about 45 secs then skip.

From the US and not anything like cherries I’m familiar with. I take it this type of cherry is native to AU? So in that orchard you have cherries, pears and apricots? Sounds like you can pretty much live off the land between the fruit trees, berries, your garden and your chickens. WOW.
First time picked up you used to live in NZ. What part of the country were you? Apricots grow well here especially the older varieties. I live in what used to be known as the fruitbowl of NZ .. Hawkes Bay. Grew up on half acre with heaps of fruit trees most of the half acre blocks now have 4 or more houses on them.😊
