As an officialy seperated Father, there are thousands of better way to get a custody of your kid other than publicly insulting people. Courts rarely rule in favour of the father in custody battles. The disstrack is just going to be the prove why Net shouldn't be given the custody in the first place.

Slander is a civil wrong, and you can't get jailed for slandering but you will be fined for it. Defamation of character in the other hand is a crime and you can be jailed for it. But in this case, the one that should be sued of defamation is JJ not Alesa. Alesa just appeared in that video for casting, she just personally giving false information to JJ and JJ is the one publicing it.
The possible way of Adam to get his child back is if:
- Alesa could not suffice his kid's funding (if she didn't pay the slandering fine, this would be a problem for her)
- Alesa is diagnosed with mental illness and was unable to be responsible for her child
- Alesa has a criminal record and has experience with drugs within the last 7 days of her testimony
And other serious conditions that will lead her to be unable to take responsibility of her child.
