i always wondered why you mirror object on object level instead of using symmetry
maybe he wants to add a little asymmetry to it after mirror so the model isnt perfectly symmetrical which will look fake

He gets them from the manufacturer websites. Just google the name of the furniture he's making in the videos which he always puts in quotations and look at the product specifications on the manufacturer site.

Next time try to make your presentation more simpler
I don't think the purpose of making this video is to introduce yourself. If you are making this video for teaching purposes, you can at least add the steps you have done as subtitles. Because you do it so fast that it becomes impossible to catch the most critical points and unfortunately it doesn't help at all. Please do so by showing your steps.
