Holy shit, this is the most satisfying and the most uplifting cinematic with the music that matches it's title. The final battle part + the video ending is the one that sent chills down my entire body, and for that, i rate this 10/10, keep it up and continue doing works like this!
I just saw this movie (Battleship) for the first time last month and it was amazing! The part I loved the most was seeing the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF) fighting along side the US Navy! We are Allies after all and this is the first time I've seen this in an American movie. It also reminds me so much of the anime Zipang because it involves a Kongo Class guided missile frigate just like Gunkan Mirai. And then on top of that is a cameo appearance by the Battleship Missouri. Truly some great stuff and high on my buying list. I have to stop what I'm doing and watch this clip at least 5 times a day.

Yea battle ships back in the day were alot better then our current destroyer bc they could take a beating and keep fighting. You hit one of our todays day and age destroyers with a MK16 main gun with a round that was 2000 pounds and the ship is done with one shot
Not really ... The destroyer has pin point accurate missiles and radar that can see in high Res for a couple hundred miles and an auto loading 4.5 inch deck gun. The Missouri however has 9 X 16in naval rifles that fire 2000lb AP or HE shells out to a range of 34,000yards And 20 x 5 inch dual purpose rifles. So in one salvo the Missouri could lay an 18000 lb smackdown upon some poor schmuck that picks on the wrong boat. That's the entire payload of a late war Lancaster bomber and more in one big kaboom! But unfortunately those guns were aimed with mk1 eyeballs and optics. They just didn't have the first shot capabilities that modern weapons have
We only need one old battleships to beat a mother ship and the humans have create more then ten battleships in history these don't stand a chance against us long live humanity

Well it`s because the torpedos can travel underwater and so can`t be intercepted by regular enemy missiles. That also allows them to carry way more explosives than a regular missile... It`s opening another layer of fighting, that`s why. if the enemy doesn`t have something to destroy them with, he`s screwed. Also, torpedoes are more silent and require the enemy to have hydrophones, etc. or he`s screwed. If the missiles don`t work, You`ve still got torpedoes. or guns.
