To teach in a British School in the UAE you need to have a PGCE or PGDE with QTS or Bachelor'sin Education. Nurseries will hire you with a CACHE 3. There is a new rule now. You have to apply for the teacher licencing. ( this apllies to schools) Mid market Schools pay around 4000 to 5000 dhs for teachers and teaching assistants starting from 2500 to about 3500 aed.

@@nethutharanga3038 if you have no teaching experience you need to have completed OTHM level 5 and 6 to progress to level 7 (level 5 and 6 will take 6-7 months to complete each)i did othm level 5 in metropolitan college but there are many other institutions in Sri Lanka who offer othm qualifications. Also i highly recommend you to do bachelor's in education if you have time ..And also I think in St George teaching school offers many diplomas bachelors and masters as well. Make sure to search the validity of each diploma or course that you do .
