No, I didn’t really have that problem when using it.

Just make sure she uses a heat protectant and only passes the iron on the hair once taking small sections.
Puedes pintarcelo de negro el color negro siempre ayuda a que el cabello no se vea tan dañado
@@angelygarcia9494 a ella no le gusta el cabello negro y tampoco le favorece, la hace ver mayor a su edad, ella prefiere, castaños o chocolates.
Hay un set de tec italy para alaciar cabello, es una crema y un spray en atomizador, ese en conjunto con secadora y cepillo, finalizando con plancha, queda un peinadazo precioso. Esta plancha la amo.

I got the same iron and I made sure is an original one but it just don't work for me. My hair is very thin so I don't get why it does not straight my hair. There's nothing wrong with the temperatures either. Am I doing something wrong? Please help! 🥺
May I ask what size did you purchase ?
Make sure your hair is clean, blow dry it as straight as possible, make sure your iron is hot enough, use small sections and chase with a fine toothed comb.
