This machine is suitable for on farm, or commercial use with its robust design and easy operation. With dual push down levers - it ensures that the operator has both hands away from the blade and the wood as it descends - reducing the likelihood of an accident.
With the powerful 9T downstroke - the logsplitter is suitable for wet or dry wood, and softwood or hardwood species.
With the (relatively) low speed of the blade coming down (approximately 5cm/second at max speed) the machine and blade is controllable - and adjustments to the log can easily be made
You'll be amazed how much faster it is using the hydraulic log splitter - compared to chopping with axes - or even manual log splitters.
The downward moving knife also has an adjustable return adjuster - limiting the height that the blade returns back upwards - that can be set to near the height of the logs you are splitting - to minimise waiting time.
The log splitter produces 9 metric tons of pressure by means of a hydraulic pump which is the transferred onto the log by way of the splitting knife. The log splitter is fitted standard with a 2 way knife, or a 4 way knife can be special ordered (waiting time on 4 way knife - 2 weeks)
