I keep wondering what s that spice they keep tempering before the veges go in
I've asked that question several times to no avail. Some say it's caraway seed. Here in America our caraway seed looks nothing like what they use. I would like to know as it seems every dish starts out with this spice.
@@cricket47222Fenugreek seeds. Its called 'methi' in nepali. It's bitter in taste and is mostly used for tempering achaars in proper Nepalese cooking. But these are villagers in eastern part and don't have much knowledge about Nepalese cuisine. So they temper fenugreek seeds in everything. Cumin seeds are more widely used for everyday cooking in Nepal.

Намасте. Некоторые тут пишут что Джина груба с ребенком , что она тащит его за руки и делает ему больно. Если бы ребенку было больно то он ревел бы и кричал а он спокойно шагает и молчит. У неё Джонсон уже делает первые шаги, пытается ходить сам а у их подруги Манджиты ребенок вечно стоит в кресле или переноска это и вечно сосет пальцы, хотя там ребенок старше Джонсона но этот ребёнок развит лучше. Так что мама правильно его воспитывает и он вечно в движении и значит здоров крепыш.

Я ее похвслила за чистоту, но нет ошиблась. Налила воды перед входом в жилище. Эту грязь носит на пол, где ползает ребенок. Руки не моются, ребенок носит грязь в рот. До чего не радивая мать. Не боится, что через рот ребенок занесет инфекцию. Ужас.
