SummertimeSadness yes kondakova and dmitrieva were always over shined by evgenia kanaeva. But kanaeva really did deserve those gold medals and will always be the best rhythmic gymnast. I feel like if dmitrieva stayed for rio she would have won gold and i really wished yana didnt retire cause i believe she would have been the next olympic gold medalist... but now we have dina, arina and alexandra. I think soldatova or the one of the twins will be the next gold medalist. I hope dina because she improved alot.
Klynn Absolutely! Kanaeva will always be the queen of rhythmics and well deserving of the title. The Russians are far ahead of their competition and we can be sure they will be at the top of the podium for many years to come!
