Hey, real deal, don't worry about knowing everyone's name in a group until after you realize that you want to be a (insert fandom name here). You don't have to know who everyone is to enjoy some of their music, but if after watching some of their stuff you realize you want to get way into their personalities and stuff like that, then I'd focus on names.
Also, Seventeen isn't a super hard group to get the names of, I don't even count myself as carat but I'm pretty sure I know all their names. I passively got the names for Got7 and Monsta X too, I might not get the name to face right every time, but somehow without trying I've got all of the names from osmosis. Basically whether you actively try or not, if you like a group's music enough, the names will come eventually.

Oh my goodness you will not regret watching more Monsta X, they have so much energy when they perform. They've also won awards before for best live performance. These are only pluses as their music is AMAZING (Very diverse as well). I'm ready for a Monsta X reaction ;)

Just wanna point out: in No 13 *GDXTAEYANG - GOODBOY LIVE MAMA 2014* the intro GD did, he was dissing mama awards show for giving awards unfairly and to basically e v e r y o n e. THAT WAS SUCH AN EPIC MOMENT. none would dare to do that. The funny thing is that the next year BigBang were invited again to mama, took most of the awards and gave an incredibly insane performance!! (the one you reacted to: MAMA 2015).

The fact that SHINee wasn't in that list with their 2014, SWC III-Seoul performance of "Evil" is crazy and totally invalidates the list for me. Especially since I think it was the inspiration for BTS's 2016 MAMA performance, "Boy Meets Evil".
