Secretary and Directors के पदों पर भर्ती किये गये हैं और उनकी संख्या अब २०० से ज़्यादा हो गई है। सरकार मे नीति बनाने का काम Directors and above posts पर बैठे अधिकारी करते हैं। IAS को भी Jt. Secretary तक पहुँचने मे १६ से १७ साल लगते हैं। दूसरी बात आपको मालूम है ये सभी लेग विवेकानंद संस्थान के द्वारा भर्ती होते हैं और वहाँ का कर्ता धर्ता पहले अजीत डोवाल थे अब उनका लड़का हैड बना हुआ है और ये सारे RSS के आदमीं हैं कोई Professional नहीं है बल्कि Corporates के आदमीं हैं और उनके मुताबिक़ नीतियाँ और फ़ायदे के लिए रखे जाते हैं।
जैसे बांग्लादेश में स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी आरक्षण के नाम शेख हसीना पिछले दरवाजे से अपने समर्थकों की भर्ती करना चाहती थी,वही अब भारत सरकार भी कर रही है 😬
