It gets no realer than this interview! I remember looking at Macarena’s first video and somewhat seeing myself in her. I want to become a signing agent in New York. I don’t have money to waste. Would I waste money with this $500 program? Is it worth it. Because I want to join and change my life for myself and my daughter.

i understand this so much that its scary. I lost my son and his girlfreind ina car accident 7/3/2016. I struggled with PTSD, depression and axiety to the point the I couldnt work. I had been in the medical field for 24 years at that point so it has been a total life change. From that I to also became disabled and unable to continue in my job and now going through a horrile divorce. People do not understand that depression and anxiety alters your life and sometimes you cant explain it. I have gotten angry with myself because i just wanted to snap out of it but unfortunately that not how it works.Being able to dictate your day and not having to answer to someone else can ease so much of that. i just sent in my notary application 3 days ago and excited about moving into something that I can acheive success and become emotionally and financially secure. I am starting toally over in every area so I pray that I am able to experience those wins in my life and business. Blessings to you for sharing.

I don't suffer from bipolar depression like she does, but I do struggle with more generalized depression. The fears and self-doubt and anxieties she described are all too real to me. I was so terrified during my first signing that my hands and my voice were shaking. I agree with Macarena - this business (along with a support system and medication in my case) has helped me gain a newfound level of confidence in myself. I still have bad days like she described, and still experience moments of fear that I'm screwing something up for someone, but they're not my entire existence anymore. Congratulations, Macarena - I hope to one day be as successful as you!

I'm loving the freedom and the opportunity this is giving me. I'm less than 3 months in and made $3,500 last month. Going out and talking to signers has also helped to give me a healthier perspective and see that people for the most part are nice and not mean. I struggle with that a lot. I appreciate your words of encouragement!
OMG!!! Thank you for your story. I'm having the same issue with not wanting to get out of bed and not thinking I can get to my goals. I've had so many accomplishments in my past. I'm served 20 years in the Marine Corps, I'm well educated and I've received many accolades over my career. The last four or five years I have had no energy or drive to complete things. I've been suffering from panic attacks over the last few years and it just wears me out. I've been to the VA and they have diagnosed me with clinical depression. As a former U.S. Marine, I always figured I could get through anything, but this battle is the hardest I've ever faced. The thing that really gets me is that this is not hard. Once I'm done with a signing I'm like, "What am I afraid of?" Yet, I'll continue to turn down signings and not approach title offices for direct signings. Your story gives me the courage to push through and Get up and Go Get It!!!

Thank you for this video.. I needed to hear her speak of her experience. I can totally relate. I’ve worked as a processor for a Real Estate law firm/ title company for over 18 years but have a fear of sitting with clients at the closing table. I’ve always been shy, lack confidence at times and get bad anxiety. I’ve also been a notary for over 15 years but only used it for our office. I’m the processor scheduling the appts with the loan signing agents, sending the packages to them and handling all post closing matters. I know the documents! This truly resonates. I have a form of OCD that used to prevent me from doing something unless I was sure that I would complete it or be successful. It ranged from tasks to assignments. In school I could fill out 90% of a page and not turn it in for a 90(an A) because the 10% was missing. I've come a long way since then but still have a whisper of that nagging voice with new ventures. This was a wonderful interview.

@@mrweddingspeech151 yea I've been doing good. I had to go direct way sooner than I wanted because I wasn't getting that many signings through signing services. I could do more though to get signing service business but I decided to market direct and I've made good money with that.

Am I the only one crying (sobbing) right now. I can relate especially with the anxiety. I keep going through the course over and over and every time I get to the part of signing up for signing services, I freeze up. Because just like her first video, I am afraid of making a mistake that would cause a closing and everyone mad at me for messing their business up. This video remind me that I can do this especially now that I'm facing a divorce and my ex dare me to make it on my own financially. Now it's time to get back to me and fix my life up. I am so proud of you! Perseverance is definitely key! All things are possible to those who believe. I do believe what you put in is what you get out! My WHY is to have financial freedom. I decided to take Mark's course April 2019 and succeeded. I do this work pt in GA. It is true in an attorney state that you can have success as long as you stay within yr boundaries! When you do good work, you don't have to chase it, success chases you!

OMG. All I can say is thank you. I was in tears five minutes into this video. Why? Because I resonated with Macarena instantly. Everything she said I could relate to. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. I’m also a mortgage processor. W2 so Im not SE. So I also sit at my desk feeling trapped. Feeling like I’m not living to my fullest potential. Which only makes my depression worse. I too have been feeling like it’s not good for my mental health. And although my appearance seems like I have it all together and I exude this confidence deep inside I have self doubt and fear of failure. The fear has been holding me back. But I feel that God has shaken up my nest and made things uncomfortable for me as of lately to get me out of complacency so I could fly. God does not want me to waste the gifts He has blessed me with. There’s been too many signs and I do not feel like me clicking on this video was a coincidence. Watching this video has given me hope more than ever. Thank you Macarena for sharing your story and thank you Mark for posting. You really have no idea how much this has encouraged me even more. Its helping me come out of my dark place because I feel hopeful. Sometimes that’s all we need to push us. I have submitted my application with the state for my commission (just waiting on approval) and I’m taking the steps to becoming a loan signing agent. And after watching this I know I need to join LSS not just for the training but for the support. I want to be the next success story.

I would cry on my way to work, feel like screaming inside while I was there and cry (of relief) on my way home because I couldn’t get out of there fast enough! The more Macarena spoke, the more I started to resonate with her words. She has such ambition to want to help people but in return is also helping herself. Mental health is so important and working a 9-5 does not give us the freedom we need to heal and reset. Having a business that allows you that freedom is worth it, but taking the leap away from a secured paycheck is something very scary; however, not impossible. Loved this ❤

It’s an enormous struggle when you’re at a low point in your depression and have to go to work! There’s very little understanding in most workplaces in this. The freedom this business provides to be able to take some time for myself, helped save me❤️

Man...I am all choked up from this interview and the last one I just watched shortly before this of Ashley from Las Vegas NV. I m not clinically diagnosed (fear of going) with depression, like others but man do I struggle with fear anxiety and just getting out there. I know if I just got out and applied what I have learned I will do so well, but its been so hard after allowing my self to go down the path of listening to that negative nerrative and just feeling you want to sleep the day away so your not thinking about it/comments Macarena I appreciate you so much for sharing, your amazing and inspirational, this so helps me push through so that I can push through with my Real Estate Business and my loan signing business. I sleep in my car on my 30 minute lunch breaks because I am so tired. This is my CURRENT situation at my office job that I have. It's a struggle everyday to go to work. I want to learn faster, but I have to trust the process and make sure that I'm prepared for opportunity. This was an amazing interview. Edit. I just put in my two weeks notice. I'm 100% full go on this job now.

I'm within my first year only getting calls for I9 appointments. Spent so much money and basically not making any back. This is definitely inspiring because I literally was gonna quit last week.

Macarena, thank you for sharing your story. I was on the verge of quitting too actually I was going to give up today....then I watched this video. I'm not quitting. I have a couple of medical issues that I believe are compounded by a job that I really really don't like. I am filled with fear, bouts of depression and little confidence but the opportunity to create my own self worth on my own terms in my own time is giving me courage. It's great to know that I'm not the only one . Thank you and Mark for helping me remember why I wanted to walk this journey and start my own agency to help people also realize their power as well. I have everything in place to just take a signing and begin my journey, but I'm paralyzed in fear of failing. I'm known for being fearless, so this is hard, as I'm being watched by those closest to me. I hate this anxiety I feel daily as I try to push forward to just accept a signing. I can't wait to look back at this one day and say, "I remember when". You're awesome Macarena! I won't give up. I've been in this holding position for 2 months... Mark said, "Slow is a speed". So I try to remember that. I'm ready! I'm scared, and I'm going for it!

It was wayyy rougher than this. My previous boss was happy for me and wants to help me grow my business. I just don't want to "F" up her business. I want to get really good at this first, then approach her ppls. I've come too far to turn back now...
I started this program at the beginning of October and have been stuck on the vocabulary since then. I feel extremely overwhelmed and I've had a really hard time getting back into it. This interview is extremely helpful. It gives me a lot of hope and a lot of confidence in myself. Even being in the industry, I had a lot to learn too. Yes, I was an LOA and a processor, but I didn’t know WHAT the docs meant or how to present. I had no need to, that wasn’t part of my job. I know it’s a lot but you can learn it too. One step at at time. Don’t overwhelm yourself with the amount of information. You’ll get through it, I promise ☺️
I SPECIFICALLY remember seeing her RUclips 2 weeks ago (the one recorded 3 yrs ago) and really want to see her progress because of anxiety. I can relate to her story so much. I'm in NYC! Just purchased the prep to pass course for my notary.. then off to LSS training! I'm both excited and scared.... i know Mark provides mock docs that we can study, but what about NY state specific docs, How many more are there in the actual loan package, how will i know which/what else the borrower will need to sign?
I’m also in NYC I’m waiting to take the notary public exam, but they haven’t replied back to me yet. I’m looking to purchase the LSS soon as I take the notary public exam in NY.

I retired from police work two years ago Nov 1st, after a 23 year career because I literally felt handcuffed by the system of not being able to help anymore. I turned away a position with the Colorado AG's office, I started a failed business to help out elders and at risk adults from being abused in host homes and assisted living facilities. I ordered an online training class to make money in the stock market which failed. My hopes are to be helpful to others without relying so much on others for my success. All of this to say, this is the first venture in two years that I have embarked on that feels right. Thank you for your clarity in training, and being responsive. I feel good about this!

@Macarena Herman suffer from major anxiety since I was young, like 5 years old, I am going to be 40 lol. With this, something I love so much already, I got major anxiety on my first signing back in December, I made myself so sick I had to miss my day job the next day, I get pretty severe. I know I will overcome this little by little, signing by signing. But just wondering, did you ever experience symptoms of anxiety where it made you so sick you felt like giving up just from the feeling of that major anxiety? ps, im not giving up, but that's how i felt my first time. I will be 53 God willing on March 9, let us do it!! I am in the program , my issue is that i am a congenital procrastinator..
i understand this so much that its scary. I lost my son and his girlfreind ina car accident 7/3/2016. I struggled with PTSD, depression and axiety to the point the I couldnt work. I had been in the medical field for 24 years at that point so it has been a total life change. From that I to also became disabled and unable to continue in my job and now going through a horrile divorce. People do not understand that depression and anxiety alters your life and sometimes you cant explain it. I have gotten angry with myself because i just wanted to snap out of it but unfortunately that not how it works.Being able to dictate your day and not having to answer to someone else can ease so much of that. i just sent in my notary application 3 days ago and excited about moving into something that I can acheive success and become emotionally and financially secure. I am starting toally over in every area so I pray that I am able to experience those wins in my life and business. Blessings to you for sharing.

I don't suffer from bipolar depression like she does, but I do struggle with more generalized depression. The fears and self-doubt and anxieties she described are all too real to me. I was so terrified during my first signing that my hands and my voice were shaking. I agree with Macarena - this business (along with a support system and medication in my case) has helped me gain a newfound level of confidence in myself. I still have bad days like she described, and still experience moments of fear that I'm screwing something up for someone, but they're not my entire existence anymore. Congratulations, Macarena - I hope to one day be as successful as you!

I'm loving the freedom and the opportunity this is giving me. I'm less than 3 months in and made $3,500 last month. Going out and talking to signers has also helped to give me a healthier perspective and see that people for the most part are nice and not mean. I struggle with that a lot. OMG!!! Thank you for your story. I'm having the same issue with not wanting to get out of bed and not thinking I can get to my goals. I've had so many accomplishments in my past. I'm served 20 years in the Marine Corps, I'm well educated and I've received many accolades over my career. The last four or five years I have had no energy or drive to complete things. I've been suffering from panic attacks over the last few years and it just wears me out. I've been to the VA and they have diagnosed me with clinical depression. As a former U.S. Marine, I always figured I could get through anything, but this battle is the hardest I've ever faced. The thing that really gets me is that this is not hard. Once I'm done with a signing I'm like, "What am I afraid of?" Yet, I'll continue to turn down signings and not approach title offices for direct signings. Your story gives me the courage to push through and Get up and Go Get It!!!

I’ve worked as a processor for a Real Estate law firm/ title company for over 18 years but have a fear of sitting with clients at the closing table. I’ve always been shy, lack confidence at times and get bad anxiety. I’ve also been a notary for over 15 years but only used it for our office. I’m the processor scheduling the appts with the loan signing agents, sending the packages to them and handling all post closing matters. I know the documents! This truly resonates. I have a form of OCD that used to prevent me from doing something unless I was sure that I would complete it or be successful. It ranged from tasks to assignments. In school I could fill out 90% of a page and not turn it in for a 90(an A) because the 10% was missing. I've come a long way since then but still have a whisper of that nagging voice with new ventures. This was a wonderful interview.

Am I the only one crying (sobbing) right now. I can relate especially with the anxiety. I keep going through the course over and over and every time I get to the part of signing up for signing services, I freeze up. Because just like her first video, I am afraid of making a mistake that would cause a closing and everyone mad at me for messing their business up.

I decided to take Mark's course April 2019 and succeeded. I do this work pt in GA. It is true in an attorney state that you can have success as long as you stay within yr boundaries! OMG. All I can say is thank you. I was in tears five minutes into this video. Why? Because I resonated with Macarena instantly. Everything she said I could relate to. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. I’m also a mortgage processor. W2 so Im not SE. So I also sit at my desk feeling trapped. Feeling like I’m not living to my fullest potential. Which only makes my depression worse. I too have been feeling like it’s not good for my mental health. And although my appearance seems like I have it all together and I exude this confidence deep inside I have self doubt and fear of failure. The fear has been holding me back. But I feel that God has shaken up my nest and made things uncomfortable for me as of lately to get me out of complacency so I could fly. God does not want me to waste the gifts He has blessed me with. There’s been too many signs and I do not feel like me clicking on this video was a coincidence. Watching this video has given me hope more than ever. Thank you Macarena for sharing your story and thank you Mark for posting. You really have no idea how much this has encouraged me even more. Its helping me come out of my dark place because I feel hopeful. Sometimes that’s all we need to push us. I have submitted my application with the state for my commission (just waiting on approval) and I’m taking the steps to becoming a loan signing agent. And after watching this I know I need to join LSS not just for the training but for the support. I want to be the next success story.

I would cry on my way to work, feel like screaming inside while I was there and cry (of relief) on my way home because I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Having a business that allows you that freedom is worth it, but taking the leap away from a secured paycheck is something very scary; however, not impossible. Loved this ❤

It’s an enormous struggle when you’re at a low point in your depression and have to go to work! There’s very little understanding in most workplaces in this. The freedom this business provides to be able to take some time for myself, helped save me❤️

I finished the course then froze when it was time to take the test. After a few weeks, I finally took it and didn't pass the first time. Man...I am all choked up from this interview and the last one I just watched shortly before this of Ashley from Las Vegas NV. I m not clinically diagnosed (fear of going) with depression, like others but man do I struggle with fear anxiety and just getting out there. I know if I just got out and applied what I have learned I will do so well, but its been so hard after allowing my self to go down the path of listening to that negative nerrative and just feeling you want to sleep the day away so your not thinking about it/comments Macarena I appreciate you so much for sharing, your amazing and inspirational, this so helps me push through so that I can push through with my Real Estate Business and my loan signing business. My biggest fear is being a failure in my kids life and not achiving my dreams I want. Mark 🙏 u

That's awesome!!!! I'm very happy for her!!! I work an office job right now while I'm learning Mark's loaning system when I get home. I sleep in my car on my 30 minute lunch breaks because I am so tired. This is my CURRENT situation at my office job that I have. It's a struggle everyday to go to work. I want to learn faster, but I have to trust the process and make sure that I'm prepared for opportunity. This was an amazing interview.

Macarena, thank you for sharing your story. I was on the verge of quitting too actually I was going to give up today....then I watched this video. I'm not quitting. I have a couple of medical issues that I believe are compounded by a job that I really really don't like. I am filled with fear, bouts of depression and little confidence but the opportunity to create my own self worth on my own terms in my own time is giving me courage. It's great to know that I'm not the only one . Thank you and Mark for helping me remember why I wanted to walk this journey and start my own agency to help people also realize their power as well. I have everything in place to just take a signing and begin my journey, but I'm paralyzed in fear of failing. I'm known for being fearless, so this is hard, as I'm being watched by those closest to me. I hate this anxiety I feel daily as I try to push forward to just accept a signing. I can't wait to look back at this one day and say, "I remember when". You're awesome Macarena! I won't give up. I've been in this holding position for 2 months... Mark said, "Slow is a speed". So I try to remember that. I'm ready! I'm scared, and I'm going for it!

I started this program at the beginning of October and have been stuck on the vocabulary since then. I feel extremely overwhelmed and I've had a really hard time getting back into it. This interview is extremely helpful. It gives me a lot of hope and a lot of confidence in myself. I’m in the same boat maddy. I’m pushing thru but will be revisiting the vocabulary for a while
It definitely can be a lot of you don't have experience with mortgages but make a plan to spend time each day.
Even being in the industry, I had a lot to learn too. Yes, I was an LOA and a processor, but I didn’t know WHAT the docs meant or how to present. I had no need to, that wasn’t part of my job. I know it’s a lot but you can learn it too. One step at at time. Don’t overwhelm yourself with the amount of information. You’ll get through it, I promise ☺️
I SPECIFICALLY remember seeing her RUclips 2 weeks ago (the one recorded 3 yrs ago) and really want to see her progress because of anxiety. I can relate to her story so much. And now I'm logging on RUclips and seeing that this one is just uploaded! This is a message and a sign and I'm grateful for it

I'm in NYC! Just purchased the prep to pass course for my notary.. then off to LSS training! I'm both excited and scared.... i know Mark provides mock docs that we can study, but what about NY state specific docs, How many more are there in the actual loan package, how will i know which/what else the borrower will need to sign?
I’m also in NYC I’m waiting to take the notary public exam, but they haven’t replied back to me yet. I’m looking to purchase the LSS soon as I take the notary public exam in NY.

I retired from police work two years ago Nov 1st, after a 23 year career because I literally felt handcuffed by the system of not being able to help anymore. I turned away a position with the Colorado AG's office, I started a failed business to help out elders and at risk adults from being abused in host homes and assisted living facilities. I ordered an online training class to make money in the stock market which failed. My hopes are to be helpful to others without relying so much on others for my success. All of this to say, this is the first venture in two years that I have embarked on that feels right. Thank you for your clarity in training, and being responsive. I feel good about this!

@Macarena Herman suffer from major anxiety since I was young, like 5 years old, I am going to be 40 lol. With this, something I love so much already, I got major anxiety on my first signing back in December, I made myself so sick I had to miss my day job the next day, I get pretty severe. I know I will overcome this little by little, signing by signing. But just wondering, did you ever experience symptoms of anxiety where it made you so sick you felt like giving up just from the feeling of that major anxiety? ps, im not giving up, but that's how i felt my first time. Thanks Mark Wills for this interview, looking forward to be on here one day with you lol
