Digital Access to Arts and Culture Accessibility

In advance of the publication of their AHRC research into the likely long-term impact of the arts sector’s digital activity under lockdown, Richard Misek and team join The Space for the first of two online discussions around their findings.
The speakers will first introduce the research project before exploring how far digital practices have improved access to the arts for both audiences and artists, and how that access may be affected now physical spaces have reopened. Additionally, they discuss ways in various accessibility and inclusion lessons learnt during the pandemic could be embedded within the Arts Sector beyond the pandemic.
