With essential oils, it’s always best to mix them with a carrier oil like jojoba or coconut when putting them on your skin, otherwise if could cause irritation or there could be a reaction for some. The carrier oil also helps the essential oil better absorb deeper into the skin too! 🥰
Thank you so much! 🥰 I forgot to mention in the subtitles that it’s actually rosemary-infused olive oil. I let it infuse for several weeks. 😊 I did add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to the mixture as well!
