@@yanivcohen1843 Well, that's a lot of bone for them to remove. I'm not sure what happened to the bony endplates then. That's what the artificial disc is placed onto. Also, the facets typically fuse together as well. Maybe it's possible with this device since they're replacing the facets and the disc. Personally, I'm skeptical of this device and anything else that claims to be a facet prosthesis.

Nope.
Can this work with previous spinal fusion surgery at L1-L2? PSF
Solid fusions can't be revised to disc replacement. If your fusion failed, then it might be possible.
