@@unitor699industries Shaykh al-Fawzaan like many other scholars does this when ending a question so it is known that he has finished answering. However, it seems Shaykh Muqbil did this for EMPHASIS. That is how I always perceived it anyway. If I am wrong, then someone correct me and Allah knows best.
