    now in 2023:
    32 trillion in debt, totally broke, need to borrow more
    banks still completely busted, dont have funds for depositors.
    same stuff, 90 years later!! all he did was kick the can

      Thank him for removing the gold standard from the dollar, and truly making it a volatile fiat currency with nothing to anchor the value.

    FDR nationalized our gold, but never nationalized our banks. Hypocrite!

      @@Blazeww Yeah, but it's kinda screwed up on how Banks & too big to fail corporations have more money than a lot of nation states or US states.
