I like the format and topics. But Interviewer could please interrupt your guest less frequently and let them finish their thoughts and let them lead the conversation sometimes. This is my impression after watching only a few of your interviews. Good luck with program and let’s grow.
This host is constantly interrupting the guest. The questions are insightful and straight to the point, but we don't get to hear her full line of thoughts and explanation
I can tell, not a really comfortable chat for the guest speaker. However, it does provide a lot of inisights into the strategy of Starbucks and dissolve some myths that the media build up with negative portrayal. Because the host was touching upon some negative aspects, so he might have cut in to show that he did not have bad intention. Maybe a leading sentence followed by a straightforward question could wotk to avoid appearing blunt instead of selfexplaing after the question.

In starbucks also in Europe I always say "for here" but the barista use plastic cup anyways, maybe it's more convinient for them
