I say that Wiccan is the incinerate/plasma god. Especially when there are buffs.
Even his normal rotation without buffs, he can place lots of plasmas.
And dust is shock immune, but if your Wiccan is duped, he can place degens instead of shock but will still work as shocks for Wiccan so you can convert them into plasmas.
