@shanevee tienes tener experiencia y saber escoger huevos fertiles, tener menos de 8 dias despues que haya puesto la gallina es mejor poner la fecha de caducidad a cada huevo solo que pasando esos dias tienes menos probabilidades de ser fertil .Antes de poner incubadora casera poner por lado pequeño durante 24 horas ya sea en cámara frigorífica eso me dijeron . También no poner al golpe con 37.7 grados sino tiene que estar apagado el foco y prender con los huevos ya puestos para que se caliente poco a poco así tener más tasa de fertilidad de pollitos.los 7 días chekear o hacer ovoscopia con la linterna del celular yo chekeo y retirar los huevos no fértil ....si trabajas es mejor mover mañana y tarde de un lado a otro por eso marcar ambos lados con circulo y un aspa haci voltear de un lado de dia y del otro de noche,ojo siempre con lapiz de carbon para no contaminar !! Suficiente,tener temperatura de 37.5 a máximo 38 grados tu incubadora y humedad 50 a 60 y las tres últimos días 70 % y no mover los huevos. Igual de mi faltando 4 a 3 dias me mueren, también porque la luz se fue un día 8 horas y hice lo posible para calentar pero fue envano😢😢😢Espero yo tambien aplicar estos los consejos esta vez. Me falta tener termostato, ventilador,etc.Para que sea 100 de éxitos que nazca pollitos !! La tercera será vencida 😞Mi gallina turoleca me va ganando 2 a 0 ,espero que funcione esta vez voy a ajustar a más práctico mi incubadora casera. Ya tengo 5 huevos asta hoy dia 😊espero que sirva a alguien mas lo poco que se de estas cosas los comparto🇵🇪😎👍.
u don’t need light, they just need warmth. You can do some research on the humidity levels And yes they always need warmth unless they are being raised by a mother hen which she can be off them for up to an hour and go back on them

@@shaneveealso you should get another incubator do some research too. A hour of low temp will kill the chick. Candle eggs on day 7 so on

Get one that automatically rotates the eggs. They are a lot better than this big setup and a lot cheaper.

I would call it don't use it. Get one with the thing that turns the egg you can't physically turn them enough. It didn't work unfortunately
