When I lost my son Sam, my husband and I were at least allowed to see him and hold him. He was 3.4 ounces and so beautiful. Rick held him and showed him outside (even though he was gone) and told him how beautiful it was outside, and then he said, "but you can see this from Heaven, can't you buddy?" At that moment I broke down. I didn't want to hold him at first, but when I did, I sang "you are my Sunshine" to him and then a priest came in and baptized him. A week later we had his funeral. I don't remember much, but when Rick tried to tell me it was time to go, I started freaking out and saying that he needed his mommy and I can't leave him here." It took him and the priest performing his funeral to get me away from his grave. He would be 7 now and I wonder every day what he would be like now. About a year ago I had a dream about Sam. He was running through a field of sunflowers and saw me. He was blonde and happy. He said, "Mom, it's okay. I'm happy here " that brought me a little bit of peace.
Lissen...you may not like Carson or more specifically the character Carly...but you must admit SB played the hell outta her role... phenomenal actress, I'm surprised she isn't doing more...and she killed the Claudia Zacchara character too
She’s always been very talented. My grandmother used to complain that anytime she turns the show on SB is crying and I always replied “that’s because she’s so good at it so they keep writing scenes like that for her! Lol”
Awww. Sam went through the same thing when Lila died. They played the song "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan after her baby died. When Jason told her the news, she didn't want to believe him. She went out into the hallway, and asked a nurse to please take her to see her baby. I'll never forget that scene of Sam falling to the floor and sobbing.
Interesting the difference in Sonny’s approach to cleaning out the nursery and Jason’s years later with Sam. Jason left it for Sam to make the decision. Sonny thought he was doing the right thing but it was insensitive. Carly is unfair to Sonny, but she needed the time to grieve.
Oh my God this is so sad I had the exact same thing happened to me several years ago and now they let you hold your baby and they let you give your baby a funeral but back then they just take it away and like he never existed it's just really messed up this just breaks my heart because I was almost exactly this far along in my pregnancy and I had a placental detachment I hadn't fallen down any stairs but I had the exact same thing happen at nearly the exact same point in my pregnancy
@@sassysapphire1234 Awwwww thank you so very much. Your kind words are so very appreciated. I am so sorry your Mom had to experience such heartbreak. But you sound so compassionate. She obviously raised a lovely, wonderful child :-)
This was sad. It was a sad seeing her getting pushed down the stairs who does that who pushes a pregnant woman down stairs or fights with a pregnant woman on the stairs?
Not Srry but the remake Sam did doesnt compare wat I always is they even gave her carly old s/l and even the same lines Sarah was jus so beautifully tragic u jus cnt top it TEAM CARLYBABES
There is a big difference though with Sam and Carly’s pregnancies is that Sam was about full-term. Sam was almost set to deliver and if it wasn’t for Alexis she would have had a healthy girl.
Although I love Sonny and Carly, I can admit that they’re selfish, have done terrible things to others to get their way. With that said, they haven’t been written as screwing others over and living a fairytale life afterwards. I believe that after having wronged others in some ways, they’ve also faced their own consequences and karmas. In this particular case, this is one of their many karmas for having taken Michael away from AJ and the Quatermaines, no matter how sad this SL was. This is coming from one of the biggest CarSon fan who can also point out their terrible actions. I just cannot fathom how other people can only point out a character’s misdeeds because they’re so blinded by their hatred. But they refuses to acknowledge when that character have faced their karmas and consequences.
Sarah's Carly was amazing with Jason. I thought she was icky with Sonny. This was still heart breaking. Hated TB's Carly. Love Laura's Carly with Sonny. They are a super couple. Wish Sarah could come back (not as Claudia)
This is a story line they could still use today, baby was switched out, cause he worked with Luke or cause he raised Michael. This could have been a good storyline, AJ raises this baby and finally with DNA the man finds out and looks for Sonny and Carley.
And had it not been for Another World's cancellation, she would have gotten a emmy nomination for this over Martha Byrne. Because had AW not gotten cancelled, Hogan Sheffer does not go to ATWT.
Linda Downs If you love seeing someone in pain even in a tv show, you are sick.she went to see Lila. AJ was drunk as usual, and he confronted her on the stairs. Sure she should have walked away, but who would think something like that would happen. No, A J did not push Fahrenheit down the stairs and it was not deliberate, but his actions caused the fall. If he had not grabbed her wrists she would not have fallen.
Sarah was only 26 here. 26!! Already with 3 Daytime Emmys. Let that sink in...
I'm crying buckets! Sarah rocked this performance!!
Had me bawling my eyes out and this is years later. I think she did an amazing job in this scene. So real and emotional.
Me too all these years later
Oh I remember this, mostly because AJ kept saying “I didn’t push her!”
This was one of the few moments I felt sorry for Carly under Sarah Brown. She made me teary.
I still hope one day to see Sarah brown back on gh as carly. She was the BEST one

Sarah Brown was the reason I started watching GH again. I heard people talk about Carly and I had to see who was creating such havoc.
