Sir, greetings from Pakistan. Lovely reactions to a spiritual song. The concept of the song revolves around that there is no one greater than God. One needs to follow and be close to the jogi, who is expected to be much closer to God the Almighty. This channel is my daily destination for regular doze of Coke studio songs. Just brilliant. Wishing the best for yourself and this channel at all times. With warm regards

Saieen Zahoor belongs to humble background, Saieen Zahoor Ahmed or Ali Saain Shafiu is a leading Punjabi Sufi musician from Pakistan. He has spent most of his life singing in Sufi shrines, and didn't produce a record until 2006, when he was nominated for the BBC World Music awards based on word of mouth. He emerged as the "best BBC voice of the year 2006".

Not about God or spirituality. This is a pure love song and refers the folk lore of Heer-Ranjha and a poem about separation from legendary Punjabi poet Shiv Kumar Batelvi. Sure there might be sufi aspects/aesthetics to the song but saying it is about God or even religious in any way is just plain wrong. This is as much about romantic love as it can get.
