Been buying since RAZR V3i. Have bought 8 phones for myself and family all Motorola. But this one has really poor dust protection in rear camera assembly.
BRING BACK THE MODS!!! You guys should be creating a fold phone like the Samsung fold 5 with the capability to attach a Bluetooth speaker to the back of it and a wraparound bumper case so I can get still wear this thing like a necklace when I slide the rope through in between the case and the phone. This is great because I can launch it into a body cam with two shakes or start streaming wherever I'm walking or otherwise doing. Take the Bluetooth mod to the next level by combining it with the projector mod to make an all-in-one home theater system. Yes I realize it would be like a brick in my pocket I don't care I've always leave my Bluetooth mod attached to my phone and I don't regret it because I do this the viewing experience on RUclips any movies or whatever I'm listening to on the radio is EXCELLENT!! Also leaving the Bluetooth mod attached to the back of the phone makes it safer from getting crushed or broken. You can make the next Bluetooth mods solar rechargeable. Or a coil lighter or a plasma lighter built in. I would even be down with a micro storage compartment for things like credit cards or small jewelry. I've seen what it looks like when they break apart one of these Bluetooth phones there's space in there for an extra speaker marine grade and and still possibly a storage compartment.

@@Moto I appriciate the quick reply , but i feel like motorola just forgets about a one and a half year old FLAGSHIP device that was also very expensive for the avarage person especially in poor countries. It is annoying that a device with worse specs gets new stuff and a flagship that when it was released promised a lot (updates wise) does not get the newest updates.. My last 6 phones were motorola and i think about getting another brand next time , maybe then i will get the newest updates. Also i am not the only one feeling this way , the internet is flooded with people annoyed by this. I know we will never get the update since the last android we get will be android 15 and then support will end.

Ok I bought this 'beast' I should warn you....after a few days of usage, the camera which boasts 200 mp will be gone, you won't be able to shoot in 4k or 8k, pictures maybe in higher resolution, but you lose control over your phone. The update is very bad don't buy this phone for its camera, now if not buying it for its camera? What TF are we even buying this for????
I got it. Expensive because it's a flagship phone. And worst flagship from Moto ever because 200MP camera is the main attraction and dust accumulation happened within 3-4 months, got it serviced and again after 1 month same. If the device is IP52 rated then atleast it should be dust proof never mind splashes of water. Basic expectations from expensive phones!

This is the worst phone in the history of all phones i have purchased. In the month of may 2023, users are still stuck on android 12! Security patches have been consistently delayed. The camera is so useless that its unbelievable these morons advertised it as a camera centric phone. They know nothing about cameras. On top of this their so called stock android is full of bugs that are unattended. Customer support lies through their teeth to users. Check the motorola forum on the edge 30 ultra. As we speak they wish to delete user comments to hide how utterly they have failed the users of this phone. No accessories for this trash device either. You cant even get a charger off their own website itself. The phone has 50watt wireless charging. But guess what, there is no charger released by them. So only motorola and God knows whether the phone can actually wireless charge at 50 watt. Other chargers are not compatible.
