I've been studying here for a while, in fact one of my classes was with Ikenobe Sensei (featured in this video) and I can 100% guarantee that this is school is beyond amazing, in regards to class quality and learning curve you will hardly find anything better I believe, every teacher put a lot of effort and detail into every single lesson every day, they try to teach you in various ways, like reading, shadowing, acting, writing, watching videos, hearing music, you name it. Not only that, but the teachers care for you beyond academic levels, they will help you with questions about japan, places to visit, festivals, work related events like work interviews, health issues, I genuinely feel that they actually care about you. I've had around 10 teachers now, but if I had to pick my favorite top 3, I would say 1.- Ebata Sensei (Funny lessons, happy teacher, she cares for you a lot), 1.- Kunimitsu Sensei (She's very direct, some students could be a little nervous around her, but her skills at class handling and teaching are second to none, definitely an experienced teacher) 3.- Tsuchiya Sensei (She's the kind of teacher that offers chocolate to the students during the breaks and ask you how was your day, I find it personally funny that when we need to fill a blank in a sentence and she's reading it, she pronunces the blank as "Honya〜 Honya〜"
@@karmagiel enough to have a part time job 4 days at week, they do give you homework every day and kanji test everyday but you can finish the homework and review the kanji in like an hour

Many of our students are able to successfully find jobs teaching their own native language to Japanese locals. Other part-time opportunities include working at a restaurant, cafe, convenience store, etc. The average hourly part-time wage is around 900yen.

I’d love to go to Akamonkai once I finish school, but i have a few questions about the school. (1) I know the school can help you prepare for some things for example higher education, JLPT, business Japanese etc, I wondering if the school lets you choose multiple things to study towards. Like, am I allowed to study for higher education and study business Japanese? (2) I would like to get into university in japan that is taught entirely in Japanese. How long would I it take for my Japanese to be efficient enough for this as an absolute beginner? Hi there, 1) From a certain level you are able to take electives, yes 2) You'd need JLPT N2 level, it takes about 1,5 to 2 years to reach this level at a language school 3) It depends on your preferences, you can stay at the dorm but you do not have to 4) This depends on your own efforts and ability to learn languages but generally in full-time study, it would take about 2 years 5) No, classes start some time within the first 2 weeks of a term 6) You would attend classes Mo-Fri for about 4 hours a day 7) Japanese language schools use the full immersion technique so the classes are in Japaanese even for complete beginners because this is the most effective study method (also your classmates may not be able to speak English). The teachers are very experienced with this and most people are completely fine with this method. 8) The school will give the books to you 9) No problem 10) Yes 11) 6 months of tuition have to be paid before the start of classes. In order to get a student visa, you need to be able to show that either you yourself or a sponsor can finance your life in Japan so you won't get into any financial trouble here. Generally, a bank statement of 1 million JPY is required for this. 12) Depending on the year you're there, your classmates or level mates may organize study groups

I REALLY would like to go to akamonkai but I am afraid that the school is not as suitable for me as an european as other schools.. 88% of the students are from asia. Maybe the way of teaching is more adjusted to asian people.. :(

In order to meet immigration requirements for the student visa, we recommend you have at least 1 million yen for every 6 months of study in your bank account. so for two years, it would be ideal to have at least 4 million yen. However, this is a very rough estimate and we highly recommend students have as much more than that as possible.

They accept beginners but it is better to know Hiragana and Katakana before arriving in Japan as you will be using both main alphabets during your studies and it will make things significantly easier for you :).

@@TatsuyaWow it is, Kanji test every day and homework every day. Once you finish both Mina no nihongo the homework is less and less.
