Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (CFA and SEM) using JASP software

In this video, I am demonstrating the Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (CFA and SEM) using JASP software. In JASP software the CFA and SEM analysis is performed based on lavaan R package.

Nice video sir, one query...can you compare JASP and Smart PLS. Since the latter is paid software are there any advantages of it? or will JASP is good enough

Hai sir, very informative video. Thank you so much. Sir, when I run CFA, in the result of path diagram I confronted a issue. The values attached in the path diagram shown as very much congested and not readable format. How can resize the values in that figure. I used the extension arrow on the bottom right, but that only helps enlarge image. Sir, kindly help me.

For reporting purpose better creat the figure using MS word and then place the values

@@drrevathisivadas yes mam, as far as my understanding is concerned we have limited options. Better to create the figure using MS word.

Sir for cfa are we supposed to take only independent variables or even mediating and dependant variables

The key purpose of doing cfa is to establish the construct validity and reliability. All of the constructs need to be used in cfa
