The issue with this logic is that it goes against his own ideology of where the money is supposed to be spent (Kenya) to develop the economy. Maybe to him, Eastleigh is not part of Kenya. He also did not fail to create another conspiratory narrative of the ` Somali intellectuals` conspired to direct most of the alcohol to the Mount Kenya region (Central). Mind you, he provided no form of evidence. Most of his arguments are straw manned. Providing only mischaracterized and miscontexualized viewpoints.

Uganda under Museveni is encouraging Somalis to settle in Uganda to bring into the country foreign remittance, good for the economy of the country.
