TASTY CORNED BEEF SHITO RECIPE

Original Ghanaian shito recipe(Black chilli sauce. This tasty corned beef shito is very easy and simple to make and also taste amazing. Shito(black chilli sauce) is one of Ghana's favourite sauce which is normally served with Waakye, Kenkey, Banku, Yam, Plantain, Bread, Jollof rice, Fried rice etc.. INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Litre of Vegetable Oil
290g Argentina Corned Beef(halal)
5 Thumbs of Ginger
12 Gloves of Garlic
142g Tomato puree
6 Medium size Onion
80g Shrimp powder
300g Dried herring powder
1 Stock cube
80g Crushed dried chilli pepper
Salt to taste
2tbs Coconut Oil
