Yes the group from waseda university, called Tokyo Hanabi ( 東京花火 ) you can find their performance from 2009-to present here in youtube, just search the name with the japanese letter above with the year.
It varies based on the length of the street and how many streets they get to perform at. I think at this particular festival there are at least 4 venues to dance at, so if a team performs in all venues, that's at least 10 dances! Some yosakoi festivals might happen on a long street. One of the streets that is used in Kochi Yosakoi Festival (a separate festival from this one, which is "Harajuku Omotesandou Genki Matsuri Super Yosakoi") is long enough that it takes about 30 minutes to dance through!
