If I could… I’d write A song to bring you home… but all I got are my words and no guitar. I got a voice but no real talent. I can write you a world where you’d live in, but you would never come back to mine. So what does any of this mean if I can’t use anything to bring you back to me or find a way to you… I guess missing you is the reason, loving you my purpose, appreciating the time we had is why we met and why we broke, and being who I am now is why I suffered. I am the man you always saw I could be, but you’re gone now. So… I guess we just get what we get and we don’t get to complain about it.
