I wanted to ask, with your description of Marxist analysis as regarding seeing an economic structure above other lines like race, gender, and things of this nature. I find that with other fields, or other Marxists, Richard Wolff a Marxist economist for example but others as well would also include to one level or another of an understanding of intersectional analysis, Howard Zinn in a people's history of the united states he links the arisal of capitalism as interlinked with slavery and racism, and described disentangling one from the other as impossible. my question being is, do you have any knowledge of Marxist media studies as it related to a more intersectional analysis? Has that field of analysis been developed in any meaningful ways?
