Cause Bedman died in the story of Xrd. Which is how Delilah is awake, in the story Bedmans Bedframe looks for her & it's implied Bedmans soul is controlling it.
If you didn't watch the Second Story thing ( it's only 45min if you want to eventually lol ), nobody is sure what's going on with the bedframe, beside the fact it's trying to protect Delilah. That's why they have the question mark in its name I guess. Is it just a machine going crazy, or is some of Bedman's consciousness in there ?

Definitely still in there since it mainly protects her but is more mobile by itself now
