I have some tips for younger girls or anyone 1. Dont leave tampons in for to long 1 it can give u a infection 2 ur body can have a toxic reaction bcs of all the chemicals that are used for tampons ( idk all details but yeh) 3 for pad hates pls try reusable pads i always HATED pads bcs they would rip and feel nasty but last month i tried them for the first time really soft and easy ofc i would recommend to atleast wash them out before putting in the washing machine but thats on you 4 never ever ever just do it without condom ( ofc u can by some but ) 1 soa’s ( idk the English name im sorry ) 2 ur ph levels will adjust to the mens 3 ofc pregnancy 4 u can get a infection if they don’t clean them well ( basically everything u use for internal use make sure its clean ) I understand some people think i say to much but no one ever told me so yeh 5 have a skin care routine and drinking A lot of water 6do not let anyone treat ur bad u don’t deserve that no matter what others tell you 7 in any relationship before getting mad over small things ask urself if that small thing is worth breaking up if not either talk about it normally or let go off it relationships get ruined by small fights about nothing 8 im gonna head out bcs idk if im oversharing to much 😭
