Lost ours 3 weeks ago,takes a while but it does get easier ....New puppy on order now.
My puppy stayed in his crate in the kitchen for about 4 weeks after we got him. Then after that we gave in and he's been sleeping in my bed every night ever since for the last 7 years!😩 he's still my baby even though he's not a puppy anymore! Having a dog is the best thing ever 🖤

My black labrador Is 2 month old but never pees in our house any time
This is so me hahaha. Before getting our old dog I was like " no way is he allowed on the bed etc" 3 days later he was asleep on the bed. He sadly passed away last year but he spent every single night on the bed with me 😂🤦🏼♀️

hanzo with a golden frying pan the actual puppies get over it fine but it’s the mother that doesn’t I don’t have any links but I have read it somewhere but I mean you can obviously imagine she’s having her puppies taken away from her and she doesn’t even understand she’s going to be upset about it some dogs also get depressed over it too. But eventually they will be okay with it

There more calm without there siblings! There always rough housing so they don’t really have time to there self..

So adorable! This literally brought tears to my eyes. We lost our family golden labrador a year ago yesterday when she was 11 years old, and watching this reminds me of when we went to see her with all her siblings and her mum when she was a puppy, and brought her home with us :( They are literally the best little dogs!

Oooh congrats! So many great things are happening in your lifes and it's so nice to be able to follow you. Me and my bf got 2 dogs and I cried both times on the way home with the puppies in the car. I feel so sorry for them to leave their mommy and siblings, but they are taking it soo good it's amazing how these babies just take it and deal with it.

Hi Ellie and Connor congratulations guys on becoming parents it’s so exciting! Our little (or not so little now!🙈) lab puppy is 16 weeks old and he is just the most loving, great natured, clever wee dog we could ever have hoped for and my kids adore him, I can’t get over how much he looks like Herbie he’s the same colouring too! Omg he is so so cute and adorable.
If I can give one bit of advice that might help at night when we got our pug like 7 years ago now we put an old t-shirt of each of our with our scent on in his crate and it helped him settle at night. So if you have any issues at night with crying you could always try that.
But I’m sure he will be fine. I really want another pup now a little friend for our mr pug lol x

He is so so beautiful!! I welled up a little when your brought him home :') Kongs are so good for puppies too, when we had our puppy we used to fill it with peanut butter and cream cheese and freeze it so it was like a fun snack/toy to keep him busy when you're trying to do housework or life admin etc.

we had casey, a one eyed golden labrador retriever who we had to sadly put down last year at the age of 14! She was the most loyal, friendly, well behaved dog as most labradors are. Congratulations on Herbie 🐶
