What mortice lock are they using? I am unable to lift up the lever from the inside to engage the deadbolt, like what is seen in the vid from 4 mins 30 secs..
I am testing the lock before I make the holes on the door for installation.. I am noticing that when I put the finger/password .. I hear the "unlock" but the lock Is not moving.. I hear the motor as well.. nothing is happening... HELP PLEASE.. idk if the motor is damaged or something

I have figured it out as soon as I installed it. To activate the deadbolt, push the handle up while it is unlocked.
Push the handle up, to mechanically active the deadlock.

Mine the outdoor handle still can open when it still can turn and open . What could be issue? Please advice
