Hearing you explain which cards have bonus and their origin totally explains why I only have 2 star cards when I filter for happy + mmj characters. I only started 3 months ago and didn't gacha at any of the relevant events.
As for me i've been saving my gems since november (I just pulled one time on the new year banner and got Tsukasa) to get Toya in the Never Give up Cooking at end of February....So I'm sorry but I can't pull on this banner even if my fav girl Shizuku looks majestic in it TnT

I like this new thumbnail better for the type of content you make tbh. Considering your videos help people who aren't keeping too close track of jp, it'd nice to see the whole set on the thumbnail so they can recognise it even if they don't know the main card.
I've been waiting for this event since it was released on JP. I've saved up 150k+ crystals for this event😭 (which means skipping the seven deadly sins gacha😔). But i ADORE the card art and the song that comes with the event. I'm also a huge more more jump oshi, so i'll also definitely be tiering on this event (hoping to get tier 500+🛐). This is the second event in a row where I've very fortunately managed to pull the only 4* virtual singer card that works for the event so my team is pretty good, 3 4*s and 2 3*s. I like Shizuku's card from this set but I don't love her costume, and while I like the other costumes a bit more, the other cards are a bit underwhelming. These are cards I won't complain about getting in the future but none of them are worth pulling for, for me personally.
Yeah i def agree, costumes have their highlights and I would def never say no to them. It's not MMJ's strongest showing, with Radient blue in the backlog and Re-tied coming up!
Im so glad i pulled for Kaito recently in the seven deadly sins gacha bc i've wanted his for a LONG time before i even played pjsk(i have played before but i quit before the collab)
I have been saving for this banner since Shizuku's last rate up with Mafuyu and KAITO, and I have 29000+ gems so far. Best case scenario I get Shizuku in 50 pulls, but if not I might stop at a 100 then start saving for her next rate up in April
I would really not pull from this event if you are considering summing from both marrige and pandemonium untill June you can get 52 600 gems roughly (another 25k if you decide to be a dolphin) meaning that you have way better chances to get everyone in June and then getting Shizuku through other means since she is permanent. But that's just my two cents If you have a good team 1k should not be that impossible of a goal for this even without the gacha chars, just consistent playing all the way

I just want to put a slight correction about the dates, since this year is a leap year and most places put leap day as February 29th, events like the Sanrio event would start a day before the listed date... so the 4th of December instead of the 5th... still the same amount of days in-between just slightly different dates... I had just noticed this now so sorry for not correcting it or anything before
Though Cheerful carnival events will always start the last day of the month the leap day will not matter it seems The only thing it seems to be effecting is the length of never give up cooking that will be one day longer than usual Plus we actually have no clue when Sanrio is gonna show up since we don't know if it will release at all and if it does it can be whenever Sega feels like it. Memory of sin was 1 month late on EN and Re run was 3 MONTHS early So the dates are always preliminary for my videos
Thankfully, I happened to pick up literally every 50% bonus card (besides Spojoy Minori) throughout my accounts lifespan, so the cards aren't much of an issue for me. I'm aiming for T100, nad rolling for the Shizuku along with it, which is just gonna be so fun to balance with my IRL stuff (lying).

Airi is my favorite character out of all but every card that was released... I'll say a year ago since we are a year behind Were pretty underwelming to me (with the exception of re tie friendship) the costumes felt off And the hair styles that they give her never seem to actually fit her at this point i will be happy if they just give her twintails And about the thumbnail I don't know im pretty mixed on it, all the cards shown are the focus character and that's cool But since the events are centered around one character then only showing that character card should be enough But that's just me, the three cards actually looks better since it's the 3 focus characters

I do think this Airi card is fine but overall, I agree with you that personally Airi during Y3 just hasn't hit home as she usually does I'm also very unsure about the thumbnail how I feel, I wish I had some more opinion in the comments as it's hard for me to scope. On one hand, this shows off more of the event. Okay I did not realized how much WORSE the team building of this event were because of what I have owned😅😅 As I commented, somehow I got 3 four stars for this event, they are ALL the featured characters (Fes Airi (61%), Angel Minori AND Shizuku), but NOT Haruka....where she has TWO happy PERMANENT 4 stars that I somehow did NOT get. (Also am I seeing that the cards from "Happy Buddy time" mixed event was used SO often in the events actually🥲🥲🥲) That's why I am fine with using my 2 star Rin for event bonus for this case. Also the trends of "Not having correct Virtual Singer cards" is going to keep being a running issue, even in the new JP server. Below is about the new Leo/Need Focused Event that I have seen from the Notice.🥲🥲 *Spoilers and Long Tilting Below* . . . . . . Like WHY is the attribute for the new event "COOL" (Blue) AGAIN?? Aren't the focused event for Ichika (2 focused events ago, end of July) also COOL attribute?? 🤨🤨Not only that, the 4 stars available for this event, TWO of them are the SAME CHARACTERS as the PREVIOUS focus event (Ichika & KAITO, who is having a BD card NEXT WEEK??). 🤨🤨 While I could understand the developers might want to have MORE Ichika PERMANENT 4 stars into the pool, since there are so few and are limited (e.g. ColorFes, Valentine (Re-running at the same time with event....), BD card), why a COOL KAITO again? 🤔When I looked into ALL of the LN Virtual Singers with COOL attribute, KAITO ALREADY has a COOL 3 stars available (From No seek), so as 3 stars Len (Painting) AND (2)/3 stars Miku (Little Bravers), why give him additional TWO COOL 4 stars? Airi is my favorite character out of all but every card that was released... I'll say a year ago since we are a year behind
Were pretty underwelming to me (with the exception of re tie friendship) the costumes felt off
And the hair styles that they give her never seem to actually fit her at this point i will be happy if they just give her twintails
And about the thumbnail
I don't know im pretty mixed on it, all the cards shown are the focus character and that's cool
But since the events are centered around one character then only showing that character card should be enough
But that's just me, the three cards actually looks better since it's the 3 focus characters
I KNOW RIGHT?! None of Airis lim hairs ever really come close to how perfect her original haircut is. I do think this Airi card is fine but overall, I agree with you that personally Airi during Y3 just hasn't hit home as she usually does
I'm also very unsure about the thumbnail how I feel, I wish I had some more opinion in the comments as it's hard for me to scope. On one hand, this shows off more of the event. But I'm considering it
1: Gets too close to the new Preview thumbnails and makes it confusing
2: has too much going on so it becomes muddled
My brother suggested I do the text together for these thumbnails too like I did the preview but I am unsure if that becomes too muddled and dense to look at

Yeah this event is weeeeeirrrddd, as a MMJ fan I have a good team but this event is just so weirdly close to being OK and then just "dies"
WHY IS IT HAPPY AND MMJ I HAVE BASICALLY NO 3 STARS OR 4 STARS THAT HAVE THE HAPPY RANK AND BASICALLY 99.9 OF MY MMJ CARDS 3 OR 4 STARS ARE NOT HAPPY SO I HAVE TO SETTLE FOR 2 AND 1 STARS (yeah im skipping this event im saving up since im not really a fan of MMJ even tho the cards look stunning

Okay I did not realized how much WORSE the team building of this event were because of what I have owned😅😅
As I commented, somehow I got 3 four stars for this event, they are ALL the featured characters (Fes Airi (61%), Angel Minori AND Shizuku), but NOT Haruka....where she has TWO happy PERMANENT 4 stars that I somehow did NOT get. (Also am I seeing that the cards from "Happy Buddy time" mixed event was used SO often in the events actually🥲🥲🥲) That's why I am fine with using my 2 star Rin for event bonus for this case.
Also the trends of "Not having correct Virtual Singer cards" is going to keep being a running issue, even in the new JP server. Below is about the new Leo/Need Focused Event that I have seen from the Notice.🥲🥲

Like WHY is the attribute for the new event "COOL" (Blue) AGAIN?? Aren't the focused event for Ichika (2 focused events ago, end of July) also COOL attribute?? 🤨🤨Not only that, the 4 stars available for this event, TWO of them are the SAME CHARACTERS as the PREVIOUS focus event (Ichika & KAITO, who is having a BD card NEXT WEEK??). 🤨🤨
While I could understand the developers might want to have MORE Ichika PERMANENT 4 stars into the pool, since there are so few and are limited (e.g. ColorFes, Valentine (Re-running at the same time with event....), BD card), why a COOL KAITO again? 🤔When I looked into ALL of the LN Virtual Singers with COOL attribute, KAITO ALREADY has a COOL 3 stars available (From No seek), so as 3 stars Len (Painting) AND (2)/3 stars Miku (Little Bravers), why give him additional TWO COOL 4 stars? On the other hand, Leo/Need LUKA does NOT have ANY 4 stars that are COOL in attribute (and ONE mysterious 4 stars, from stella)... the LAST 4 star card that features her was 1.5 ANNIVERSARY (a YEAR ago), isn't it the greatest time to add an additional card to fill in the gap for her in that case? (I get that this might hurt the Luka fans cause it is after BD, but even if the card is an exchange shop was still good right?🙄🙄)
Finally, I haven't talked abouth that the Cool Attribute Leo/Need event has ALREADY having its issue of having IDENTICAL featured characters in the previous TWO cool focused event (Resonante with You AND Putting Feelings into words, where ALL THREE featured characters: Honami, Shiho and Saki ARE THE EXACT SAME), why put TWO EVENTS where not only the attributes, but the CHARACTERS for 4 stars being the SAME even. 😑😑Oh the Virtual Singer? A "Pure" 2 star MEIKO (later has a 4 star in Saki's event) and A "Happy" 2 star Len will get the job done. Like why???? 🙄🙄
Finally, echoing the "Little Bravers" Video, yeah, NO Mysterious Event since last APRIL (Order Made), NO Happy events since NOVEMBER (The WALL) and NO cute events since January (Flyway) is just wasting a LOT of the Potential of the Leo/Need cards😥😥: I Just found most of them in my inventory eating dust in that case, and rarely be used in mixed events since I do NOT have the correct attribute/character for that SPECIFIC Mixed event most of the time.....Like...ColorPal please at least hear us about our issue that is keep plaquing in your characters/cards selections, it is disasterous to keep going like this.....😞😞
