@@ciciliarosebenjamin8581 I believe the home was built in the mid 90s. Back then, 5.5 lac Rupees was the typical cost for a 2 bedroom apartment. Today, the inflation adjusted cost could probably be around 45-55 lacs Rupees. If I had the choice to build this kind of home, I would definitely go for it. You feel connected to mother Earth and one with nature in this home. The closer we feel to mother Earth, the happier we will be. Today's industrial looking concrete homes seem soulless and cold whereas this home exudes soulfulness and warmth.
