How to assemble an ATI Super Damper (Step by Step) [LS1]

This is a step by step guide on how to put together an ATI Super Damper. Mine is for my LS1 1997 Chevy Corvette, so yours may vary depending on the build.
Tools needed:
T40 Plus torx bit (not a standard t40 torx, this will ruin the bolts)
Torque wrench
Belt/strap
Blue loctite
