Ha ha black squirrels. I went to Ottawa years ago and I thought they were inundated with skunks. Then I realized there were no stripes.

Evocative of Bristol to me..the source is Wallingford in Oxfordshire..
River Water comes from the mountains from snow, into smaller rivers which feed huge lakes and then fills these mighty rivers. We salmon fish in my province and it always amazes me while standing up to my waist the amount of water flow.

The black squirrels came from Canada. They crossed over into Niagara Falls when the suspension bridge was built.
About 1/2 of the water approaching the falls is diverted for power generation. The rest goes over the falls for the sake of tourism
We have black squirrels in Wisconsin!
