All said and done, Kargil and Mumbai attacks played a great role in contributing to the bad blood. It's been more than a decade and the memories of 26/11 is clearly etched in memory. So many innocent people and bright Police officers lost their lives. Instead of punishing the perpetrators, Pak govt didn't even acknowledge the incident for a long time.

how do you show Indus valley civilisation ? Only the Ruins of the civilisation exist there. Before the ruins were discovered during colonial times by Archaeologists, no one had even heard of Mohenjo-Daro or Harrapan antiquity. Indians in India don't culturally have never cited our Cultural antiquity from some random a&& village with ruins in Pakistan. The stories and tales of Hinduism are more centred around Ganga, not Indus. The attribution of Vedic era and Vedas to Indus valley just because some overrated ruins were found and glorified by Race enthusiasts is highly misplaced and over exaggerated.
The Indus Valley People had moved on from that region long ago towards East, that's why you see succession and evolution of so many hymns, tales, novels , stories and scriptures based on Vedas on the gangetic plains later on.

I don't think most Indians would be bothered about Pakistan except 1-2% . And even in them the hatred for Pakistan doesn't comes from the media, no one takes media so seriously except for entertainment. The hatred comes from the history and the terrorism n certain policies of the country! Everyone is busy, no one has so much time for hating Pakistan!

However, I was talking of history of betrayals. Not everyone looks at history from a holistic point of view especially when it is the recent history of their own tribe. We often tend to look our immediate past mostly from a tribalistic mindset only.
Even in those small percentage of Indians it's More like Criticism than hatred of them for Pak & that too Come as reciprocate reaction against the openly religion based animosity mindset first shown by majority of religiously radicalized general pakis towards India & Indians specially non-muslims.

The failed state of Pakistan was formed on the basis of religion, specifically Islam. So if there is a strong desire to have friendly relation with India, Pakistan needs to undo a lot of fanatic underpinnings of that country. One of my relative. who went to Lahore for ODI in 2003 ( i guess ) he was amazed at the hospitality , he stated. that restaurant owner. did not. charge him for food and said you are our guest and he was shocked. I read a beautiful article in Dawn long back, it said if a north Indian and a Pakistani from Lahore meets in Europe they have a. better chance of being great friends than a a south Indian and North Indian, Which is true, it is the language , food and culture that unites. Every year there are 200 Pakistani who Vist Delhi from Sindh ( on a religious Pilgrimage ), when i meet them i see they are just like us. An educated Indian would not teach any hatred to his kids for any religion or Country.

harris bhai ye south delhi ka lodhi garden hai. its not a university campus. har tareeke ke log yahaan aate hain. Some go there for a walk( mostly the elder ones), and the youngsters go there to have a nice time(music, reading, etc....

What I think of Pakistan is they are the same people as us in terms of looks, attires, language, etc but there is a huge difference in thought process between us.... The major factor for this is because of Indians, particularly Hindus have interest in moving forward by educating themselves, finding a job, feeling the competition that keeps them going....This is why India is influenced by West because they see them progressing and making a name for themselves.... With Pakistan I feel they're not motivated enough to move forward....There is internet and youtube in Pakistan....Koi agar sacche dil se chahe toh sirf aur sirf internet se bahut kuch seekh sakta hai... RUclips me itne saare educational videos hai jiski koi hadh nahi...But still I dont see the fire inside Pakistanis to make an effort and develop skills.... They like to live a laid back life with little in hand, having regular sex, eating food and blaming the government..... They dont feel the need to take efforts and progress.... You come to India and you talk to school going children, they already start dreaming of becoming doctors, engineers or CAs.... They are goal oriented and they work towards it....Pakistanis are not goal oriented....They focus too much on religion and history instead of focussing on the present and future.... Baaki political differences toh hai hi hai but in general bhi bahut differences hai.... I have seen many Pakistani females who are not at all interested in education but they will put all the efforts in doing good makeup to their friend's wedding....These females just want to live on a guy's earnings without making efforts to develop skills themselves... They will create contents, give reaction videos, but they will never talk about how much important education is to them or how curious they are to get educated to get a good job and make a living.... These mindsets makes us apart from each other...
Baaki in other sense, Pakistanis are good people to talk to...they have a good sense of humour and because of the same language, it becomes easier for us to get along well....I cant say if they're good hearted or not, but yes I dont think they're not trustworthy ... Even if a Pakistanis settles outside Pakistan, there is a little Pakistan left deep down inside them which doesnt change at all.... So as a true Indian, I would always prefer Indian people and if any Pakistanis come along my way, I will treate him or her with respect and try not to keep close relations or involve deeply... They are strangers to us and we like to draw that little line between us forever...

26/11 and Pulwama is what broke the camels' back. You might not know this but there was immense sadness in the country. Many people even cried. It broke our hearts and we hate Pakistan for that. Our citizens and soldiers are very precious to us. Forget about the army and the government, we people were mentally ready to go to war with you back in 2019 and we would not have regretted it. People would've supported the army and the government like no tommorow.

The root cause of hatred against non Muslims not only in Pakistan but even in India is certain verses and Hadiths which ordain Muslims to do so and reiteration of them by Maulvis in madarasas and mosques. Hindus are not taught anywhere such aversion to people of other religions. The older people have more hardened attitudes because of their experience of three wars and terrorists activities.

You can understand that in a family, there might be difference in opinion but at the end of the day, a family is united.
