  • CHIEF RASAK AROGUNDADE aka SADDAM is the President and Founder, ODUA PEOPLE’S CONGRESS, NEW ERA.
To many who know him, he is the enfant-terrible as his name S-a-d-d-a-m drives fear and confusion into the minds of people, especially criminal elements in the society.
Chief Rasak Arogundade’s OPC faction broke away from Otunba Gani Adams’ faction on March 16, 2015 at the heat of the controversial 2015 election which pitched All People’s Congress candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari against the incumbent President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
It was a tensed political period in the history of Nigeria as Otunba Gani Adams was glaringly supporting President Jonathan and even went to the extent of organizing a ‘Jega must go’ protest in Lagos, which led to the destruction of public utilities and campaign bill boards on March 15, 2015 few days to the Presidential election.
It was at this junction, Chief Arogundade and few other strong lieutenants left the old OPC to start the New Era brand and since then, they have been waxing stronger.
Arogundade and Gani Adams are offspring of late Frederick Faseun’s OPC as Arogundade famously called SADDAM was the Chief Security Commandant of the militia Group.
In this new exclusive, he spoke on the recent public act between Fuji Music expert, Wasiu Ayinde (K1 De Ultimate) and the Oluwo of Iwo land, Oba Abdulrosheed Adewale Akanbi (Telu 1) where the fuji musician was seen talking to the king in a jolly friendly manner which most Yoruba people consider dishonorable for a king.
He equally spoke on the squabble between Oluwo and some traditional people in Iwo land where the king is alleged to have disregarded their custom and tradition.

I loved this guy in different dimensions. This guy style is totally different and so unique . God forsake the worship of idols in all ramifications. Adam the first creature does not have intermediary to link up with God . Our fore fathers made alot of taboos that we still filter as our culture .I believe we should be progressive and audit our negative actions and inaction

He left Osi to Lagos due to family issue, and should not go there.
Am impressed to hear you as Man proud to an Osi Ekiti citizen.

The Oba may be seen as a controversial individual but he made a very valid point. You cannot worship God and serve mammon (idol) at the same time. Both Islam and Christianity have it written in their books. Jesus said you can't serve two masters at the same time. I believe the Yorubas are truly the Israelites and Nigeria is the promise land. The abundance of resources in the country and the rebellious attitude of the Yorubas is exactly how the Bible described the Israelites.
If we don't turn to God, we will continue to be hungry in the land of plenty and strangers will continue to loot our inheritance. Please note that using herbs and worshiping idol is not related.
Where are the idols now. The land is under invasion. Crimes, death, looting and so many strange news every corner of the land.
The Bible says in 2 Chronicles 7:14 says, if my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Please note that the word "then will I' mean after we must have done all He commanded before all the trouble can the over.
Yoruba, please go back to GOD before you perish completely. If we don't act now. We will loose the land completely to strangers. Its already happening. If you don't believe in what I have said, you can see the indicators from current events and that of past few years.
    It is now or never.
O GOD of mercy, please forgive your children and accept us back into your presence. Amen.

No one has challenged what he said with facts.
He asked a question he said "who did oduduwa worship?"
He can smoke anything he likes, he has the fundamental human rights to take cannabis for recreation.

@Mr Razaq! Your comments on the mosque symbol show that, you're a Muslim OLOBEYO. If not you should known that, that symbol only represent design and to differentiate between church and the mosque. Or does your claim on symbol seeing where Muslims facing that symbol in any mosques in the name of worshipping it as you claimed? You're not in any position to comments on Islam religion pls.

Let this man go get Sunday igboho out and stop confusing himself!
Oluwo was right that the Benin prince Izodua (Oduduwa) didn't worship any of the orisas (idols).
He was very logical in the way he expounded on the real religion of our ancestors.
He said our ancestors were Adam and Eve, their two sons Abel and Cain worshipped the Almighty God, not sango, ogun, oya, osun etc
He said Ogun, sango, obatala etc all came later. they were inventions of some centuries past.
Judaism out of which Islam and Christianity came, was the ancestral religion of our fathers
As a matter of fact, he asserted that even Izodua did not worship Ogun, sango, obatala etc.
He said Izodua defeated obatala, that there is no way a victor condescend so low as to worship the enemy that he had defeated.
You don't win arguments by threatening people whose views leave holes in what you called the truth.
He asked a question, he said "which God or idol did Izodua worship?
The world used to believe that the earth was flat until new evidences appear!
