十分发噱的上海评弹团“徐惠新、郭玉麟”同台表现。请评论一下我在“说明”中对两位演员的点评是否到位？

- 一位评弹演员的艺术水平，常常用“说、噱、弹、唱、演”等五个方面来加以衡量。郭玉麟在模仿徐惠新的演唱片段时从外部着装（徐恵新上台常披带一条羊毛围巾），台词说表时的语气、声调（“徐”说台词常常如此慢慢悠悠的），以及唱腔、调门都和“徐”平时表演十二分相像，因此引发台下的老听众十分强烈的反响。接下来徐惠新十分诙谐的自嘲、调侃、放噱，当然会赢来听众一阵阵笑声和掌声。这确实是十分难得的一段评弹表演。

While listening to 徐丽仙's 黛玉葬花, I couldn't help but recalling how Pingtan had once influenced a dim-witted, hapless and aimless youngster. In addition to many enjoyable hours that the art gave me, it also provided an incentive to learn a musical instrument. But these pale in comparison to other benefits pingtan actually gave me.
One important benefit was already recorded at the previous occasion. "When I was exposed to Pingtan, I came upon the realization that the Chinese language could be used in a way that differed greatly from the style prevalent in newspapers and school texts. In retrospect, Pingtanan played a pivotal role in the development of my fondness of the language ... The influence came from a conglomerate of sources, no doubt, and 黛玉葬花 might or might not be among them. No matter." A few days later, in another comment, I stated that a particular piece is an example of pingtan's fantastic lyrics. That comment was actually left after listening to 江文兰 + 张建珍 (where I also commented: " What a fantastic teacher-student team. What a fantastic performance. What a fantastic subject matter...." ) The upshot was I ended up dedicating a number of years thereafter to mastering the Chinese language.
I now try to record the second important benefit. To attract an audience understandably Pingtan picks very enticing stories. As a form of storytelling, it is exceptionally detailed. For example, it takes 5 minutes and 40 seconds to describe a walk from 庵门 to 客堂门. ( 蒋月泉 朱慧珍 庵堂认母, 4:20 - 10:00) That must be a mighty big nunnery! As a general consequence, a whole pingtan story has to be told in a truncated form lasting over several months. In this way the audience will have to go back to 书场 again and again. Those of us who do not have the money to do so will have to tune the radio that broadcasts the performance --- punctually day after day. Some of the character traits that I might have (but am too 'humble' - just kidding -to proclaim here ) were fostered thereby. At least, that is how I see it.
