I've purchased two bikes from them. The first was rated a 10, and had never been ridden based on my inspection, though TPC made no such claim. My second was rated an 8.3, or somewhere around that, and in my opinion was in far better condition than I expected. I also sold them a bike, and I was extremely pleased with the price they gave me, and how quickly the process went. Upon viewing my sold bike's ad, I was happy at how accurately they described it. Furthermore, they did not include many of the improvements I had made to it in the description; so, whoever buys it should be pleasantly surprised. Finally, they have a very neat feature in their website. Any bike you have purchased from them is listed on your profile with an immediate buy back price should you want to sell. A great way to keep trying different bikes without being exorbitantly wealthy.
Purchased a 2017 Cannondale Synapse for my daughter for Christmas from TPC-- unboxing and assembly went quickly. Found a great bike for her when there was nothing in the local bike shops or even online!
I have never purchased a bike from them but have purchased a few components and also sold them a few bikes. When you sell to them, they pay for shipping and it only takes a few days after they receive and inspect your bike to get the money. I'd love to hear how you like the OPEN WIDE Jom??? I'm currently looking for a do it all drop bar bike and that bike is on my short list along with the Waheela C, RLT RDO, and Stigmata.
Seems like a quick, easy, and worry free service to grab a great bike, but it hurts to think someone sold it for almost half of what you paid for it. I guess no different than buying a pre owned car, essentially you pay for the piece of mind I suppose.
That would be nice, but unfortunately, no. The bike is being returned to TPC shortly for resale. A bummer for sure, as I've been wanting to ride the WI.DE. for some time.
They are selling bikes and wheels and msrp pricing. You pay full price and no warranty. Same with wheelsets. Do your homework and don’t underestimate how much a factory warranty is worth, especially a lifetime warranty. I had to return a bike because it was not in the condition stated. Pretty sure someone threw the bike off a cliff then sold it to TPC then they tried to pass it off to someone else. Customer service is okay. Bottom line they ask way more than products are worth.

nice driving cap. I need one of those.
'Tis very classy.
How much was your beautiful bike?
What a great way to grab yourself a bike you would normally not be able to justify to the missus.
Haha, just sneak it inside, no worries.
@@GravelCyclist and make sure it’s the same colour as the old one 😉
Any word on if the fire affected them?
I think no effect, they are running active promo's relevant to the New Year, so that is a good sign.

A wide without a mullet. In germany that would be rare 😅
Good looking bike. Will you be doing a full review of it?

A bummer hearing about your negative experience, thank you for chiming in.
