Quite surprising how well they have designed the Eeco. This is one big advantage a bread box design gets you, usable space. One thing I would like to suggest, may be they can carry a simple Tarpaulin and three pipes (aluminum or white electrical ones). They can tie one end to the rear of the carrier and other end can be tethered to the pipes (one horizontal to balance it) with a a tie down. This can be a great help when cooking in inclement weather, without having to move the kitchen setup. Ofcourse, going by the way they have designed the setup, they probably could have a better solution for it.

Any time we are on the road the question is not about your safety but about the safety of the others. Anything which can tend to have negative effect is why it is prohibited. These are the reasons why the apex court has rendered the judgement with regards to after market safety grills and other modifications. For more information you can also take a look at MV Act.
