So for example Cogger would play DK Wario and K.Rool (Little Z's best characters), and Peter would play Lucina Ness and Game and Watch (Poppt's best characters), etc. That way we can see who's actually good at the game and who's just carried by their mains

And thus, a new meme shall be born. My money's on an all shoto bottom 4
Maybe you could do a tournament that is explicitly NON-Smash memes? e.g. Inkling as Super Blooper, Dr Mario as Therapist Cogger, Yellow Kirby/Yoshi as A Lemon, Samus as The Sniper, Shirtless Sephiroth as...Hopcat for no particular reason, etc.
Simple video idea: Doubles with a twist... and the twist is that the switch's scale of grey filter is on + team attack so you won't know who your teammate is (you can activate the color filter in the switch's settings). Sounds like a fun thing to try

Imagine a 'tournament' where they can pick the characters but you and your opponent swap whose character is their's every match. E.g. if LittleZ chose Wario and Poppt1 chose Lucina and they were going to vs LittleZ would then own the Lucina and vice versa.
