you need to do one for the people that purchased from AMAZON... just the screen that pops off the front.... not the whole unit replacement. I just did it and most of your video was good until it came to the magic screen unit that i didnt have in front of me... all you need to do is pop the old screen off from behind (it may brake some) and then silicone it in while threading the flat wire through the notch and re assembling.
Do you have a video on to replace the screen on a ulefone armor x13?? This mine only has two screws by the volume button and that's it
hello, unfortunately I don't have a video for this model, but I can tell you that the front panel has to be removed, so you need to tap it slowly with a razor blade or something thin around the frame and the display (it will be glued there) and be careful of the flex from the display so you don't tear it off the system board (connector) so that it doesn't get damaged :-)

hello, it's not difficult, just take out the battery where the flex from the LCD is and charge the front panel with hot air and then carefully with a razor blade between the frame and the front panel, you can stick it with double-sided tape, for example, but I wouldn't recommend submerging it in water and it's possible that it will get there dust, but if you want it to be even better, tape and glue b-7000

How you open old lcd screen. Video just show new lcd already placed at housing.
Hello, the LCD is glued in the frame, only used with the frame due to water resistance :-)
Cai na besteira de testar a resistência do meu ulefone 13 na piscina e queimou a tela, já levei em uma assistência técnica e já trocou o LCD, agora está funcionando tudo ok, minha dúvida é, ele realmente tem essa resistência contra água? Trabalho de moto com ele e sempre uso capinha de chuva pra não molhar, pois tenho medo que volte a queimar a tela caso molhe
oi, eu sempre trabalho se o telefone for à prova d'água, então nunca confie nele, principalmente na água da piscina (cloro) ou do mar (água salgada)
Faço reparos há cerca de 7 anos e vi inúmeros telefones que deveriam ter proteção IP que estavam superaquecidos, tomaria cuidado com isso :-)

if I have a black screen , but can see the backlight. Does this mean the screen needs to be replaced ? I do not want to buy screen if this may not be solution. But if you have seen that issue before and know that a new screen will fix problem, then i will buy a new one.

hello, I would first try to flash the SW on the device, if that doesn't help send the backlight on the front panel and then it really needs to be replaced, if your phone is under warranty, the service should solve it :-)
@@mk.service-phone Thank you !!!! =) I will try to flash SW ( software ) first. This phone works great for my job delivering pharmaceuticals (medicine) for all of US states South Carolina and Georgia. But now not working. I will update here when I fix it.

YOU skipped a step, when you are putting the top piece back in you need to show us that you disconnected the orange connection and installed it before putting the casing back on in order to connect it in the top instead of the impossible bottom....fyi

may unit has got black screen, but the touching system is still works, for example i gonna turn of the alarm clock and some times I turn of the main phone,
the cause of this is it was sink in the pool, but it still works but lately the screnen got flickering and now its black off,

hello, if the phone was wet, it could be liquid ingress (yes, it has some IP protection), but that doesn't mean that water couldn't get in there, even if the phone has already experienced several big falls... The IP performance could have been impaired, I recommend finding a service where I wonder about that..

My screen has failed, can you access internal memorary when the phone has been opened up? As you need to click on screen to allow file transfer to pc, and screen not working so cant do that, wondering if theres another way to retrieve data off my phone
