BCCI is a private organization so they can gift money to their employees and claim tax benefits but ISRO is a government organization which can only give regular bonuses up to a certain amount according to law for government employees. Private companies can surely give money to scientists but cricket has only 20 players and the Chandrayaan team has nearly 5000 people working so money distribution is very challenging.

Are you really aware of moon's temperature when there is no Sun light? It dips down to -280 degrees. Any electronic device can't work at that temperature. So, i think, better educate yourselves before so called reacting.
It's only a 14 day mission, not beyond that. Well if our technology is robust enough then who knows., it may survive.
