It’s whatever they say what’s on sale, you have absolutely no clue the price sold before they were “marked down” unless you are at the store everyday.
Whether it be a ‘season sale’ plastered on store windows anywhere to Amazon saying it’s marked down however many %, as yourselves, “do you ABSOLUTELY need it, and WHY?”
You’d save more money in the long run because these conglomerates just care about getting YOUR money.

They had a recent promotion of that 2 pack, charger and free tool. They had the shears listed as one of the freebies. An employee that i have spoken to several time there said they only ever had 2 of the 2 packs on the sale box for that deal.
Kind of a way of just getting you in the store for foot traffic reasons.
